If I could give zero stars I would. We had the unfortunate event of having money stolen from us on multiple orders placed throughout this year. Turns out the delivery drivers should have you sign for credit card slips via their phone. We had no idea since no one ever offered. By not letting us know of this change they were able to add additional tips to the order that were not authorized. When we went to address this matter with a manager we were told to call back several times. Never got to speak with anyone official. Was simply told that the person doing this was caught and fired. Nothing else was offered to make this right. And we were scammed on more than one order! Several days later we were refunded for our most recent order - without any return call or anything from the manager. After a month or so we decided to order again and were met with the same delivery guy still working for them & once again, no phone signature offered. Since then we have received multiple coupons in the mail asking us to please order again since we have stopped using Marcos all together for our pizza cravings. Read moreI ordered pizza tonight, it said it was delivered at 9:53 but it wasn’t out there. So we called the store and waited on hold to find out. They didn’t know what happened and told me it would be delivered soon and that the driver had the pizza in their car still. 30 mins go by and it’s still not delivered so I call again. They put me on hold again and told me it said they were headed back to the store then said it was being delivered 30 more mins go by and it’s finally delivered to which the delivery driver Ryan complained to my husband and stated “oh did you want pizza?” in a rude manner . My husband then tells me the last time he went to get carry out he saw the same driver drunk in the store walking out to go deliver. It seems he’s the only delivery driver and with this experience they should not deliver at all if this is the service people receive. I did receive a refund but it took almost 2 hours for delivery and there was a lot of confusion on their end to if it was being delivered. Read moreWorked at this place from November until July and I gotta say, this place has no communication skills. My boss claimed that I messed up orders that I don't even remember messing up. I believe someone there is just tryna put the blame on me. This place doesn't give crew enough hours. I was making less than $800 a month and I could barely survive. I requested more hours but I was refused. If you want to make real money, best to go elsewhere. I was not happy with any paycheck I got from Marco's. Oh some of the employees are unpleasant especially this one driver named Poppy. Poppy comes off straight up rude only to me though. We got along when I first got hired but all the sudden, she'd be rude to me for no reason. The GM is an idiot too.
