I recently visited Five Guys for lunch, and the experience was delightful. As I walked in, I was greeted warmly by the host and quickly seated at a cozy booty. The atmosphere was inviting, with the aroma of fresh peanuts and burgers filling the air.
The menu at Five Guts is extensive, offering a wide range of burger options, from classic burgers and sandwiches. I decided to go with the bacon cheeseburger, paired with cheese and bacon. The bun was a bit stale with a perfect golden-brown color. They were served with a generous helping of sauces including hot sauces. The cheese was yummy, and the bacon was crispy and flavorful.
Peanuts were delicious as well.
Service was prompt and attentive. My cup of coke was never empty, and the waitress checked in regularly to ensure everything was to my satisfaction. Despite being busy, the staff managed to maintain a friendly and efficient service, which added to the overall positive experience.
The ambiance of the restaurant was casual and family-friendly. It was a great spot for breakfast, brunch, lunch or dinner whether you’re dining alone, with family, or with friends. The decor was simple yet comforting, making it a pleasant place to start the day.
One minor downside was that the restaurant was a bit noisy, but given its popularity and the busy morning hours, it was understandable. The food quality and excellent service more than made up for it.
Overall, my visit to Five Guys was a satisfying and enjoyable experience. The combination of delicious food, great service, and a welcoming atmosphere makes it a place I would gladly return to for lunch...
Read moreTHIS IS THE ONLY REASON I AM GIVING A ONE STAR .I’ve been coming to this five guys location in key west for years . It has ALWAYS been a happy and friendly environment with all the coworkers in good moods and smiling . I’m not sure exactly when Vanessa the manager started working there but ever since then I can see the employees moral low , no one is talking , smiling or happy. As a manager myself in the food service industry , I would never speak to my employees the way I watched her snap at hers today. It wasn’t even busy and they had gotten a little confused about an order and her delivery tone was really unacceptable and I could Only imagine how she speaks to them when there is no one in the store . Not one single employee wanted to be there and you could tell it was because of her . So so sad to watch terrible management ruin their business when they have great employees working and cooking the food . I would like to apologize to the five guys employees for the way you have to be spoke to and treated at work since you can already tell Vanessa is not the type to claim responsibility in her attitude and ways she manages . HOPEFULLY next time I go , I see the employees much happier due to new management … shout out to the grill guy, fryer guys and older gentleman working the cashier , you guys were trying to push through and I noticed how hard you all were trying!!!...
Read morePoor service, bad burgers, & employees that can’t think for themselves. I’ll start by saying the normal 5-Guys that I patron in Utah is great. However, after my experience at this location I wouldn’t be surprised to hear that this location isn’t really part of the chain. Remember the old joke, “how many blonds does it take to change a light bulb?” Well at this location the joke should go, “how many 5-guys employees does it take to change the battery in the smoke detector?” The smoke detectors were beeping and the employees didn’t know how to change the batteries; and, the employees didn’t want to make French fries because they were missing an employee so they were telling everyone that they could only order the little fry (the smallest size). They refused to sell us any other size. Also, the employee that took our order only looked at us once - when he told us that we could only order the little fry - and he didn’t act like he was paying attention to what we were saying at all. Last, the burgers were the worst 5-guy burgers we’ve ever had....
