IF I COULD GIVE THEM -1 I WOULD IN A HEART BEAT. Long story short. Horrible employees, the most horrendous treatment I've ever received from a restaurant. Very disrespectful. If they cannot understand something said over the phone they should clarify instead of trying to UPcharge a paying and USED TO BE-loyal customer. Absolutely will never eat here again and will tell everyone I know not to do so. I can think of about 50 other restaurants that would have never reacted this way to a delivery issue. My friend and I ordered some food from them for delivery.. when she was ordering she spelled out her street name and repeated it twice.. an hour later the guy calls saying he's been to our house and no one was there and she informed him that he hadn't been to our house and he repeated the wrong address back to her.. she told him her address AGAIN and spelled it out AGAIN and he repeated it back that time and said he was on the way, we thought everything was settled and he was coming but two minutes later I guess the person who took the order called back and started yelling into the phone that we were lying about where we lived and that if we wanted our food we would have to pay and additional charge.. she said she wasn't going to do that and a woman in the background (the only white girl that's always there) started screaming that we weren't going to get our food since we didn't know our address. So we said we were coming down there and hung up. Went in there and ordered our food and they told us if we wanted our food that we would have to pay the delivery fee and that was another $4+ on our meals. At that point they were being just downright disrespectful to my friend and I. Yelling that we could buy the food or get out... and me and the guy who took our order got into an argument. I basically told them I will NEVER WASTE MY MONEY IN THEIR DIRTY ESTABLISHMENT AGAIN. THEY ARE RUDE AND DISRESPECTFUL TO ANYONE WHO HAS AN ISSUE WITH THEIR SERVICE. NOT WORTH YOUR MONEY IN THE LEAST. I visited Wong’s Palace on Saturday 11/23 and placed a call in order at 6:51 pm. When I picked up my order I was helped by a woman. There were three men in the restaurant as well, two in the cashier lobby and one sitting behind in the dining area on his phone who I have comes to learn is named Miguel. After I picked up my order, I walked to my car and Miguel walked outside seemingly to place a call though he was not speaking. About 7:30 I picked up my phone and got a Facebook friend request from Miguel Barrientos and a flirty message. I did not speak to Mr. Barrientos nor give him any indication I was interested in him. It made me very uneasy because in order to look me up he must have taken my name from the credit card receipt I paid with to look me up. And as I called in my order, he has access to my phone number as well. Later in the night he deleted his friend request so he can send his friend request again at night. I am highly disturbed that he and potentially other employees are treating their customer base as a dating pool. And if he went this far to get my information and contact me and send multiple requests, it makes me believe he would be willing to look up my address or other key info. I wanted to reach out to a manager, but the website states they are currently hiring for the position. I called the restaurant on 11/25 so I can speak to an assistant manager and the girl who answered the phone was going to pass the phone to Miguel. There is no other contact information for the owners on the site. A friend heard of my predicament and looked up the info of the owners and their daughter who promotes their FB page. I sent them info regarding my experience with screenshots via FB messenger and gave them ample time to respond and they have not thus far. Read moreWe've been customers for years until they got our order wrong, told us it would be another hour wait, AND they took the incorrect order of food back! Disgusting!!!! We asked what they were going to do with it and they couldn't tell us!! First time a restaurant EVER asked for the food back AND took it!! I pray they aren't serving food they take back to other customers!! You have been warned!

(Response from the owner 44 minutes ago) Sorry about your experience! We apologize but yes it is protocol to give you your correct order and take back the incorrect one. We do not re use the food but we can only give our customers what they payed for. Majority of the time since it is the drivers fault they will relay their faults to us through phone call. We will remake the food and your drive buys the food that they took back. If not then the food is tossed in the trash. Never re used never given to other customers! 😡This response I received from the owner just confirms how unprofessional and disgusting this restaurant really is. Way to throw your drivers under the bus! Tell me how is it the driver's fault that my order was incorrect? They just deliver it, they don't make it. No restaurant should ever ask for the incorrect order back! In fact, Wong's Palace is the only restaurant I've EVER ordered from that took food back!! That is absolutely disgusting! It was a waste of my time and had to wait 2 hours before I could even eat because YOUR restaurant messed up and You all told me not to touch the food you sent because you needed to take it back!!!
