Review (1 star): If I could give zero stars, I would. My partner and I went to this establishment and placed a simple order. I requested brown rice due to my high cholesterol. My partner asked for white fried rice with no customizations. When we got home, we found her order had been changed to brown rice even though that was never requested. We went back to get it corrected, and instead of empathy or accountability, my partner was met with hostility. The owner looked at her like she was unwelcome, dismissed her, and refused to fix the mistake. When I spoke with the owner myself, I found she was manipulative—changing her words around to justify why the error happened. According to her logic, the mistake was unavoidable simply because I, the male, didn’t speak on my partner’s behalf. That kind of reasoning is unacceptable. On top of that, if you look at the gender issue in this shop, you’ll notice they only have women working there. To my knowledge, no men are in the back. That alone says a lot about the environment and why I’m leaving this review. I personally believe any workplace should strive for balance—men and women should be 50/50, not run in a way that dismisses or devalues either side. Also, when we got home with rice from another establishment (since we had to go elsewhere to feel respected), we realized something else: we were shorted on egg rolls. We ordered four but only received three. That one is partly on us—we admit we didn’t double-check at pickup—but it shows the lack of attention to detail. The difference is, we’re willing to take accountability for our oversight. The owner, however, refused to take accountability for her mistake with the rice. Anyone who goes here should expect poor communication, no accountability, manipulation, and—at least from my experience—women not being treated as equal to men. We took our money elsewhere, and another restaurant was more than happy to welcome us and fix the issue. If there is a corporate office that pays attention to this review board, please don’t hesitate to reach out to me. I will gladly explain in full detail how the owner of this establishment behaved.

My husband and I have eaten here and have had food delivered. It has always been pretty good. However, today I ordered Pad Thai and it was spoiled. First of all, it wasn't prepared like any I've had before. My husband tried it and had to spit it in the trash. I called the restaurant, explained the situation and was told they couldn't refund the money. They would offer a credit for next time. I told him "you've lost a customer". My husband, not pleased with their response, called. He was told they couldn't refund money. He told the lady we didn't want a full credit, only the 9.95 for the bad PadThai. How can we send a man to the moon but a credit card refund is not possible? She told him never to call again. Don't worry. We won't.

0 ⭐️Do yourself a favor & don’t waste your time nor money here. I ordered Broccoli 🥦 chicken & i found a ROCK🪨 hard piece of MEAT I couldn’t even finish my food i got sick to the stomach. Then I called Ms.Lin(Linda) answered she tried gaslighting me saying “Well i eat this food everyday, nobody has complained” she’s started saying i was hurting her feelings because I didn’t like food. She’s very rude even when i went back for my refund, she still liked the drama of arguing back & forth because my card details wasn’t matching. This isn’t even the 1st time me or someone ik has a problem in the food here last time it was aluminum foil in the RICE 🍚!

We have been loyal customers since Harvey. Our latest experience has resulted in us never going back. We have had situations where they have taken an hour to deliver our food, and then delivered the wrong order. We have had the wrong order twice. We have been given the wrong order when we have called in an order to go too. We have never made a big fuss about it. We had a situation with the manager where there was a misunderstanding on the kids menu and she was rude to us on that occasion. We have since tried to make sure we don't fuss or complain about anything. This past Sunday, we went to eat at the restaurant. I ordered vegetable Lo Mein with added tofu for my son. As he was eating some of the tofu, I noticed that it looked unusual. When I picked it up, I noticed it was chicken. He spat out the piece he was eating, and that too was chicken. He was very upset about it, as were we. We informed the waitress. She seemed shocked and took the food away. She came back and said they would take 5% off ($1.22). I told her that was not acceptable, and that they needed to take the whole meal off, because serving someone meat who doesn't eat meat is serious. The manager came to us with a very bad attitude, and said she would only take 10% off. She NEVER apologised. Not even once. She was speaking to me so rudely. I was disgusted in her customer service. I told her I would not be paying for the meal, and that I was shocked that she would speak to her customers so rudely. She said we had to pay for the meal because he ate his vegetables. He didn't finish his noodles, and there was no way I was paying for a meal that had chicken in it. When I told her that it was serious, and asked her what if my son had an allergy, her explanation was "well, did you tell me he had an allergy?" I told her he doesn't, but that better precautions need to be taken. She continued to argue with me and speak over me. Eventually, she threw her arms in the air and stormed off saying "forget it"... And continued to complain about us as she got our bill ready. Again, not once did she apologise. Our experience with her is that she tries to shift the blame on her customers and won't take responsibility for anything. This is not a business I want to support any longer, and all the people I ever recommended, I will make sure I tell them about the situation. This manager and apparently she is the owner is shocking to me. The worst customer service I have ever come across. I DO NOT recommend anyone coming to eat at...

First time ordering from here today! My craving for beef fried rice was fulfilled!

Notice how I made this original post MONTHS ago! But today 11/9/19 I say this: I’ve always ordered takeout, and this was the first time I’ve actually sat down to eat in this establishment. I was excited, considering this was my daughter’s first time eating here and ours going in. Our waitress wasn’t very attentive, but the restaurant was full. So, I didn’t make a big deal out of it. Because I understand how being busy can be! Our food came out, and The beef fried rice and kids chicken lomein was excellent! I had absolutely zero complaints about this. However, my husband had beef lomein and he said it didn’t taste great at all. He’s not one to complain about anything either. So, I asked the manager if we could possibly switch the beef lomein for a beef fried rice, which is MORE MONEY BY THE WAY! But the manager just went off on me and was absolutely rude! IN FRONT OF OUR DAUGHTER! EVEN THOUGH WE WERENT BEING RUDE TO HIM!! He accused me of just wanting to not pay for a meal I ate when I CLEARLY told him I would be willing to pay more money for a different meal to switch. He went on to yell at me and assume the worst until my husband told him to quit yelling at me in front of our daughter. Then the manager apologized to me and said “let’s talk man to man” to my husband! Then went on by saying he has seen my husband in this restaurant before, doing this exact same thing! Which he never has done btw. The manager was horribly unprofessional and didn’t even care that he had a restaurant full of other customers! I didn’t think my first time going into this restaurant would be this horrible! After everything, he banned us from the restaurant! Even though we weren’t trying to be rude, AND pay more money! I’m honestly disappointed and upset he didn’t care to be professional. Especially in front of our daughter! Lin’s manager, you should be ashamed and learn to have more respect for your customers! Nobody was trying to rip you off or be rude to you! We usually order to go from here a lot, but obviously we won’t anymore! Very poor...
