Horrible customer service especially from management. Had an issue with an item not packed in my bag so my husband went back to the location to get what was paid for. Then after giving them the receipt letting them know what happened they go to " review footage" come back and tell him the item was placed in the bag along with everything else. Making it seem like he was lying about the plate missing. After giving him the run around they finally replaced the plate. Ok so husband told me how he was treated and i didn't feel like that was right. So i called the location asked for the name of the store manager and the woman that answered the phone sounded confused as if she shouldn't have given his name then passes him the phone and tell him " They're asking me for your name". SO the manager comes on i told him i jus needed a managers name and corporates number he tells me the number is on the receipt so i tell him the receipt was given the first time be my husband wasn't given the receipt back after the second time. So the manager proceeds with well its on the receipt then hangs up on me, i call back he tells me the same thing and hangs up again i call back a third time and told him he shouldn't be hanging up on a customer that he was providing horrible customer service and i just wanted corporates number and he tells me that i can google it if i want the number and that on his caller id he can see that i am calling him from a place of business( my work phone) and tells me he is going to call the police on me because i am in his words at this point harassing them. He hangs up on me i find corporates number online and i am on the phone with them and he has the nerve to call my job and tell the person that answers the phones that i was yelling and screaming at him and his employees and then tries to raise his voice at the woman that answers phones AT MY JOB. Read moreWe were trying to place a group order online. I connected to the group, logged in, placed a childs order and 3 egg rolls, a total of $15.00, but it wanted me to pay $35.00. We thought maybe it wanted me to pay for the group, but the initiator already has a receipt for her payment. On the receipt it said to contact the store if we wanted to add to the order. So I called the store. I was in the process of explaining what happened when a kid grabbed the phone from the lady I was speaking with and took over. This punks name was Eric. So I reexplained the issue and all I wanted to do was add to the order. He responds, "Well mam, if you order $35.00 worth of food, you have to pay $35.00". Like I am an idiot. I keep trying to tell him this isn't what matters, I want to add to the order. He continued to be rude, would not listen to what I was saying, then refused to take my order and hung up on me. Really???? Panda Express is so busy they can just run off customer - especially someone that does the online ordering and eats there weekly??? Ok, so be it. I will never eat there again. The Hispanic woman with a thick accent who took my order in the drive thru (my ticket says Gabriella V, but I'm not sure if this was her), seemed to be in a hurry and was very rude, I was taken aback. I'm not sure why, I was the only car there. Anyway, it was very unpleasant service, the food was okay, but the service just tainted the whole experience for me. Maybe she was having a bad day (?). I don't know, and I don't blame her, but it'd be a good idea to have better quality training for employees at Panda Express in this location. It's my second time having Panda Express in a long time, and now I know I'll definitely go to the chick fil a next door where they are much nicer. Instead of eating my food upset and having to write this review.
