There are several reasons to go to Five Guys when the need for a cheeseburger hits - They make a good burger with a good selection of optional toppings You can get a decent shake The fries are tasty and abundant The dining area is clean Free peanuts! My daughter and I dropped in this week. She has several food issues and Five Guys is good at accommodating her. She orders a plain burger with a lettuce wrap instead of a bun and gets onions and peppers on it. I go for the bacon cheeseburger with all sorts of toppings. We split a regular order of fries and each got a soda. On a warmer day, I would get a strawberry shake. They make them good and thick and put in a generous helping of chopped strawberries. It’s hard to get it up through a straw, but it is worth it. I filled a little paper boat with peanuts and we found a table while we waited for the rest of our food to get ready. The peanuts are in the shell the way I like them. Getting the nuts out slows me down just enough to prevent me from shoveling peanuts into my mouth at an unhealthy rate. The downside is that the shells and the little “paper” inside make a huge mess. One of the reasons why there is such a huge staff working there is that they are continuously sweeping up peanut bits. Our food came up in a reasonable amount of time. Each burger is cooked to order, so you can ask for special treatment on your burger or to get the fries made extra crispy. I picked up the food from the counter while my daughter arranged condiments. After I pulled the burgers out of the bag, we split the fries. My daughter took the cup they came in and I took all the ones that spilled into the bag. That makes for about a 50-50 split. I think the fries need more salt, so we got a packet from the condiments along with a little cup of ketchup for dipping. Because you specify all the toppings, I never have to rearrange everything when I open the wrapper. I can just pick up the burger and dig in. I recommend getting a pile of napkins, because the burgers are very juicy. We finished up and washed our hands. As we left, the sweeper came up and cleaned up the mess. It was...

PEANUT ALLERGY ALERT: they use peanut oil to cook their fries and there are complimentary peanuts. Those with peanut allergies should not order here or even step foot in the door if you have a severe allergy. They honestly should put signs up near the door for people that aren't familiar.
Ordered ToGo. COVID-19 has this place pretty busy during peak hours so expect a little wait if you place an order at the register.
Parking: small shared lot.
Menu: straight forward and located on the back wall behind the register. Don't forget to add on the free toppings when you order a burger!
Service: order and pay at the register, your name/number will be called when your order is ready for pick up.
Burgers: their patties are pretty good compared to most fast food joints. I can't say I've had a bad one--mine has always been cooked to no pink and have never been dry. I love the fact that you can add green bell peppers to your burger--that crunch is so satisfying, I highly recommend! Burgers are slightly on the spendy side but you get what you pay for!
Fries: there are sizes listed on the menu but I don't think I've ever been to a Five Guys that doesn't give you a bag full when you order a Regular Size. Unless you are a super carb addict or want to share, a Regular Size should be more than enough to at least make your belly content. That being said, their fries are delicious! Don't let them sit in the bag too long though or they will get soggy--rip that bag open and let them breathe!
Cajun Fries: these are good as well and slightly spicy--a little too spicy for me with how much seasoning is caked on. Good news for those like me: you can ask for regular fries with a side of the cajun season (provided in a small plastic container) so you can sprinkle (or dip) yourself. I try not to request this if they staff seem super flustered or busy though because it does throw them off their groove if they are in...
Read moreThis burger joint does not disappoint every time I come. It's my first time in this location but food/service is still the same. It wasn't as busy when we went there, our food took about 10 minutes to get to us and I can't even imagine how long it would have taken if it were busy. Even if it were busy and did take a little bit longer for the food to come to us, I wouldn't mind because it will be worth the wait. On this visit, I changed it up, I ordered the cheese hot dog and it was yummy. I had asked for the jalapeno, mustard/ketchup, grilled onion, and raw onion. I was expecting for my hot dog to be sloppy with the sauce running but nope. It was just a perfect combination of everything, it was damn organized. Since it is my first time ordering a dog, I can't be sure if the cooks are trained to do it that way, if so, that's great. I'm the kind of gal that want extra toppings but this time, it was just perfect for me. My boyfriend ordered a burger, as usual when I had the taste, thumbs-up. Kikay loved their fries. For some reason she liked the red and white combo style of their diner, she kept pointing it out. Oh and when we got there the place was just a bit messy. Right away, I wondered how the bathroom looked like, when I went in to wash my hand, the bathroom was clean. Then, also towards the end of our meal, there was one employee who was appointed to clean up the whole area of the restaurant. I think that's good because keeping up with the mess is a must especially if you are trying to impress your customers with cleanliness and your first time customers. Yes, I will recommend this burger chain because their burger is on point. Not long ago I went to sort of a high end burger place and let me tell you, I was disappointed. It didn't satisfy me as a FIVE GUYS burger did. My ratings: Hot dog: 9 Burger:...
