Not good customer service. Recieved a half empty sandwich for to go, the lady who worked there was new and needed alot of help. I asked respectfully for a refund and the manager was not nice to me after asking for my money back because sandwich was not on me even though I showed her the picture of my flat sandwhich. Talked to the boss and after going back and forth he unhappily said we can make another one . Instead of fighting me and arguing they should have offered that in the beginning smh since they knew that the new girl working there has no clue what shes was doing. I have to say really good sandwich and the person who made the sandwich did a great job. I saw him make the sandwich. He added all of my ingredients I asked for. He placed the ingredients on the bread in a precise manner. Well made sandwich. I asked for extra meat. I just felt he cared about my sandwich. I have not been to subway in many years.
