I had an unfortunate experience. I ordered two arrangements online. After receiving an email that I may not get the arrangement I ordered I decided to email and ask for a picture of what was being delivered. At first glance, the arrangement seemed okay, but when I zoomed in the flowers were clearly past their prime and greens were browned and half dead. When I called, I spoke to someone who was clearly at an answering service, not in the building. After first arguing with me that she didn't see brown leaves, she decided to offer excuses why it looked the way it did - It was a holiday weekend (day before Easter), they had hundreds of arrangements to deliver and they were training new staff for Mother's Day. She then offered to remake the arrangement. The second arrangement sent, along with the other arrangement were something I would be embarrassed to leave my shop (if I owned one). I asked to have my money refunded and she asked if I'd rather have the arrangements delivered on Tuesday or Wednesday when they received fresh flowers, which I declined. I had been told I would have a manager call me because they couldn't process the refund. A manager never did call me, but I received an email they processed the refund...
Read moreI really wanted to give them a 5 but then this happened….. Ordered flowers for a birthday. Received a text/email at 10:30 am with a picture of the bouquet and a note stating that it would be going out and to call right away if any changes. Entire day went by, no flowers. Called and left 2 voicemails. Flower shop called recipient at 11:00 PM!!!! Who does that???? Not to mention, they didn’t even look like the picture. A completely different vase! Pretty disappointed especially after paying so much.
Reply to owner: I left 2 voicemails on Saturday, flowers were delivered Sunday morning. I’m sorry your driver was having issues but a call from you would have been nice, at the very least on Monday morning. Things happen. Just not a good experience...

I explained my situation and was taken care of immediately. The lady who took my order, Debbie, was incredibly helpful. She confirmed the item was in stock and was available for same day delivery. I received an email right away with my order details and a follow up text message with a picture of the actual item to be delivered.
