I walked in on a Friday morning and saw an older man behind the donut case applying maple and chocolate frosting by grabbing them with bare hands, dipping them, then laying them on a tray. Ok, I'm not "Mr. Squeamish" so I'm thinking to myself that I'm sure he washes his hands as he goes. NOT EVEN! He kept at it, ignoring me and 2 more ladies that had walked in. Ok, no worries, he's there by himself, he has to do it all. He took my order, grabbed my donuts with BARE HANDS, filled my travel mug with coffee, then took my debit card, worked the cash register, the card machine, and went back to handling food again WITH BARE HANDS, NOT ONCE WASHING THEM OR USING GLOVES OR TONGS!
