Domino's Pizza — Restaurant in Kissimmee

Disgusting!!! I will go over and beyond to get everyone here fired. I'm calling their corporate office because something needs to be done.

About two weeks ago- I call them to place an order and I was put on hold. 10, 15, 20 minutes passed by and I was still on hold. I start getting dressed and head out while still on hold. I get to the Domino's and I'm still on hold.. by that time it's been 50 minutes on hold. I go into the store and hear my phone call on hold and ONE guy making pizza. I ask him, "are you the only one working?" He replies, "yes I am." I'm already furious. According to him, no one wanted to work and called out. It was only him and one driver who was out delivering pizza. While a stack of already cooked pizza was waiting for the delivery driver to come back.

This young man apologized to me and I proceeded with my order, I simply ordered some Cheesy Bread. I went to the Walmart next door bought some things, I was in there for about 35 minutes and when I returned my Cheesy Bread were now going into the oven. That's already about 2 hours I've been waiting. I was getting ready to just walk out of there. He tells me "I will not charge you for your order." Okay, he wasn't telling me nothing, pay or not. I was hungry and waited 2 hours just for some Cheesy Bread.

Yesterday_ December 5th- I went to Domino's and placed an order for Cheesy Bread, I told the lady to cash me out, and she said "ready in 10 minutes." 10 minutes became almost 40 minutes. At that point, one delivery lady and back, and the one who placed my order left. So, only two of them were at the store. So, they both are talking, laughing and hair flipping over those pizzas she making at the moment. It starts to get a little busy, and the delivery lady and the pizza making lady are both at the register. She continues taking orders and taking money out the register and touching her nose right after. I continue to stare at her and see if she washed her hands before making more pizzas. No! She literally grabbed the dough and went on and continue making pizzas, after she touched all that money, and her nose. So, I told her "aren't you going to wash your hands?" She literally just ignored me and pretended she didn't hear me say anything. Of course, i grabbed my Cheesy bread, drove to the corner and gave my food to a homeless guy who was in need of some food.

The point is, that this Domino's is nasty, and full of irresponsible employees. Imagine they did that when I was around, can't imagine what they do when no one is...

If I could put NO STARS I would. I made an order at 6:08pm the delivery guy arrived at 7:21 to tell me he did not have my order and would let the store know and also would call me when he got back to the store. I waited all night for them to contact me and they all closed, went to sleep, and left a quality customer waiting and the best part is the OWNER RICK personally called me this morning at 9:03am And first thing he says is I was on social media and couldn't answer his calls or emails so he could fix the situation when he did neither!!! Hilarious!! I told him first you have not done either and the fact you have to call me this morning to fix the situation is YOUR FAULT you're the one who chose to leave my situation to be fixed for the next day. (Also when he said I was on social media it's because I wrote a complaint directly to dominos on social media so I guess he was upset I was publicly elaborate on his crappy service) What kind of state of mind do you have to be in to call a customer HOURS later and in the morning to try to tell them false information and insult them? What made you think that was going to be okay?? And he continued to approach me in a horrible manner even went on to say hurricane Irma has just passed so I guess even though I'm starving without power like everyone else somehow I'm not that important. All of these one star reviews are ACCURATE. I work in an office down the road, and my co workers order from this location at least once a week. We have had to call and complain many times for having to wait over an hour for a pizza when the estimated delivery was 15-30 minutes. Our dough has been undercooked. TODAY, we placed an order at 1:36. At 2:15 we called the store, were put on hold for ten minutes, and no one came back to the line. We hung up and called again and were hung up on. When we called back, we were on hold for another five minutes before someone came to the line. We asked on the status of our order, since at this time it has already been an hour since we ordered. We also complained about the phone service. We were told ,"Sorry, we're busy", as if it was our fault. We were then informed that our order just got in the oven. We asked to speak to a manager, and the man on the other end said he was the manager. We told him that we were told our order would take 15-30 minutes, and 45 minutes later we were being told it was just in the oven. The man offered a 50% discount. We accepted, but mainly wanted to know when we would get our food. He said it would be another thirty minutes. Finally, at 3:35, our food was delivered.
