This location continues to go down hill with poor customer service.
Just called to order a breakfast item via phone to pick up in person. Reason: it was close to the breakfast cut-off time and although Im 5 minutes away, I tried to order ahead so I could pick up before 11am.
The woman on the phone had a hard time communicating. She refused to take an order over the phone for pick up. Hmmm...Can't do it or just LAZY?! I've done this before when it's close to the menu changes/time of day with no problem.
I use to go to this McDonald's location 2-3 times a day when $1.00 drinks were going strong. I've been going to this location since they opened (a few years ago) seen a huge shift in personnel and management, worst of all the attitudes of many (not all) staff members is like you are doing them a favor just showing up. You figure for $7/$9 to $15 minimum wage would be a boost to morale...oh well, glad I'm not holding my breath.
This location is 5 minutes away and we drive out of the way (at times) to the Hunter's Creek location where service has been outstanding and consistent always.
Lived in same area for over 20 years so this review is based on experiences since the Osceola/Dyer location was open.
Someone higher up needs to do some housekeeping and some clean "outs" with some of these special employees.
Hope someone with upper management, better yet corporate will look into this. Not just for me calling right before the cut off time at breakfast but it's the way in which people are spoken to, how things are handled by this location.

Read moreTwo drive thru lanes, I was in theright one for at least 10 min waiting for someone to take my order, 5 cars that came later in the left line were helped first, I finally pull to the window when I saw car 6 helped. I tried to explain the girl in the window than the speaker must not be working, she cut me off telling me that is not that that they are short handed, I told her one more time that the right hand lane speaker must not be working trying to explain her again that they are only helping the left lane and with a bigger attitude now told me"it's not broken , just no one is taking orders from the right lane", at that point I told her: why don't you block the right lane then?" . She cut me off one more time asking me:" well, what kind get for you". ..my mouth dropped and asked her: " if she thinks if that is the right way to talk to a customer?" And asked her if the one standing right behind her looking at the entire interaction without saying nothing was her Manager and she said yes. At that point I told the "Manager" that she needs to be coaching her, and she still said NOTHING, I repeat it 3 times and still no word or reaction from her, obviously I left without making a purchase and I am not planning back to be treated like that specially with lack of professionalism from the"Manager" ...no word , no reaction . Read moreThe only reason why i stop at this location is because of convenience but they definitely need new management. I stopped in, during the day, around 2pm. I waited for 10 minutes at the cashier to pay for my order. The person who was manning the register thought it more important to walk around while on his phone showing coworkers videos and being everywhere else but the register. When he finally decided to come over, there was no greeting, no polite exchange, or an explanation as to why he walked by 3 times and did not provide service. When we finally received our order, again there wasn't a polite exchange (different worker) such as "enjoy your meal" or "have a good day". Instead the bag was slammed on the counter and the person just turned their back on us, not even asking if we have everything or if we needed anything else. I have the food 2 stars because the burgers were super dry, the fries were not as hot as they could be no was salt added (the only location in Kissimmee that does this) their customer service is horrible. I truly dislike coming to this location unless, like i said, I'm heading home and need to stop to get something but i will usually look for other locations just to avoid coming to this one.
