My husband and I decided to order pizza for dinner tonight. The order was placed at 7:16 PM. It's Saturday night, so we expect it might be busy. However, I check the pizza tracker at 7:45, and it still says "order being prepped." My husband decided to call to check on it, just to make sure the order wasn't lost, especially if they were busy. It took a couple minutes for someone to pick up, and my husband inquired about our food. The employee relayed that they had the order, but it hadn't been started yet. When my husband told the employee what time we'd put in the order, the employee replied, "I don't know what to tell you, sir." I included images to show when our food was finally started -- an hour after our order. It then remained in quality check for 20 minutes. It was nearly two hours from the time we ordered to the delivery. It was clear the food had sat a while too, as there was condensation on the sauce cups and the boxes had begun to sink with moisture. My husband and I have both worked in customer service and food industries, so we understand the challenges that come with it. However, the customer service we received was absolutely unacceptable. We'd have been okay if they had told us "we're short on staff" or "deliveries are running behind" or any number of valid reasons for our order being so delayed. However, to be told "I don't know what to tell you" was such bad customer service. We've not had this experience with other Dominoes locations.

I have never had an experience like I did tonight...EVER!!! First, I placed a delivery order over the phone. I was going to pay with my card but their system was down So my husband drove 5 miles to the nearest ATM to get cash to pay the driver. About 15-20 minutes later, I get a call back saying that the food will be delivered in 2 1/2 hours (1:20AM)....REALLY???? Of course, my husband wasn't pleased about that but I didn't cancel the order. When the delivery guy finally got here, the pizza was burnt and it was the wrong one. My husband went to Dominos and the manager was the rudest!!!! First, she wouldn't allow my husband to get the pizza and it was already made. She told the delivery driver he had to deliver it but then wouldn't allow him to even GET the pizza. Then she tells the driver he had to deliver 2 other pizzas before he came back to our home. My husband was FURIOUS!!! We have a long drive in the morning and instead of us resting, we're going through this mess this late at night. I commend the driver because he was trying to do his job and i could tell even he was getting frustrated. They can just keep the pizza. I'm going to bed. The manager really needs to be trained properly because her customer serviced skills are awful!!!!

I ordered 2 medium 2 topping pizza at 15.99 coupon deal for delivery for total cost of $24.35. Which I did but this defeated my purpose I got food delivered tonight so I could work on an assignment for school after a 12hour work shift so I could feed the family and put them to bed but I still had to leave my home drop this pizza off and order more food else where. Beyond frustrating and this was not handled well.

I usually have had only good experiences with this dominos location...but tonight i ordered online like usual and the estimated delivery time was up to 47 minutes so an hour and 5 mins later I called just to make sure our order hadn't been accidentally overlooked and proceded to explain exactly that to the manager...I was then told that the time it tells u isnt acurate although it had always been in the past...and that it would instead be an hour and a half...which was alot but atleast that was only leaving about 20 more minutes until it should be here...but NO...she didn't mean an hour and a half total...she meant an hour and a half more...which was almost 3 hours total from the time I ordered...she tried to explain that my pizza would be ready in 7 mins but that all het drivers were out delivering and when they got back i was the 7th delivery...so when I did eventually get my pizza it would have been sitting under a light at the store for over an hour...and the worst thing was that the manager who sounded like a teenager wasnt in the least bit apologetic. I totally understand that stuff happens and that they were short staffed but why not temporarily stop taking orders when u get that behind til u catch up or at the very least call and let people know it's going to be over 2 hours longer than expected arrival time so that the customer has the choice to cancel and order from somewhere else instead of making people have to call and find out from an unapologetic teenager with an attitude that treats u like it's totally normal for the estimated time of arrival to be off by over 2 hours!!!!!! Needless to say I canceled my order and don't know if I'll ever order from here again and sadly that's a major loss for dominos seeing as how I spend probably up to $100-$150 a month ordering pizza once a week sometimes. That's their loss. Papa johns it is from here on out I guess...which will break my daughter's heart seeing as this is her...

As someone whose usual meal choices don't often include pizza, I stepped into Domino's Pizza in Knightdale with a mix of curiosity and hesitation. However, what awaited me inside was a delightful surprise from start to finish. From the moment I entered the establishment, I was greeted with a warm welcome that immediately put me at ease. Despite my initial uncertainty about what to order, the staff went above and beyond to assist me. They patiently explained the various ingredients and flavors, guiding me through the menu with genuine enthusiasm.

Encouraged by one female staff's recommendations, I decided to step out of my comfort zone and try something new. Opting for the Philly Cheesesteak and Pacific Veggie pizzas, I awaited my order with anticipation. And let me tell you, I was not disappointed.

The pizzas exceeded my expectations in both taste and presentation. Each bite was a flavorful journey, with the perfect balance of ingredients creating a truly mouthwatering experience. The Philly Cheesesteak pizza offered a savory blend of meats and cheeses, while the Pacific Veggie provided a refreshing medley of vegetables that was both satisfying and delicious.

While waiting for my order, I took the opportunity to observe the dynamics within the establishment. What struck me the most was the impeccable cleanliness of the kitchen, despite its grade of 98. Moreover, the camaraderie among the staff members was palpable. Despite the fast-paced nature of their work, they seemed to genuinely enjoy each other's company, creating a welcoming atmosphere that extended to the customers.

Moreover, I must note that the ordering process on-site was a bit time-consuming. Despite the excellent service from the staff, I found myself waiting for more than 20 minutes for my order to be ready. In hindsight, I would recommend ordering food online to streamline the process and avoid any...
