8/7/23 UPDATE BELOW. Made a big fuss about me moving to the 2nd window, which I declined to do. Experience has shown me it takes me longer to get my food and then I have no one to discuss with when my order is incorrect. 3 people came to request I move because my order (a quarter pounder with only one piece of cheese) was being made fresh. Apparently the people behind me had ordered food not made fresh. How lucky for them. Anyway, I was very nice and explained repeatedly why I would be waiting at the main window for food, was met with attitude and the window being shut in my face by the manager. Have it your way huh? I guess not. They STILL got my order wrong. Update: 8/7/23 - same old issue. I declined to move to the second window again after recently receiving my order wrong twice at the drive thru. The supervisor tried to give me a refund. I said I don't want that I want my food. He told me to go somewhere else. I said I don't want to do that, my autistic son asked for this. They said they canceled my order and I told them I wasn't leaving until I got my food we paid for. They created a back up that took twice as long to resolve because of their refusal. The supervisor, Victor Martinez apologized and then told me twice more to go somewhere else next time when they finally brought me my food and then again once I asked his name. He kept saying "give us a chance, I said sorry". I said, "I am giving you a chance and you're blowing it. You can't say sorry and then immediately do the same thing twice more and expect your apology to mean anything to me". Bottom line is, he didn't care about my experience when I laid it out. He cut me off at every opportunity then got mad when I slightly raised my voice to continue my point as he was talking over me. I was never rude to him, but he and his staff were continually rude to me. They also, forgot to give me straws. Terrible manager, inconsistent results. Read moreThe worst Mcdonald's ever. Everytime we go there we have a problem , missing orders, they put cheese in our sandwiches that we asked not to do so. They put sauce that we asked not to do so. Everytime our order is missed up. In drive thru they never give us ketchup and napkins. One time they refuse to give us extra sauce to go.!!!? Terrible service! We been treated terribly by an employee every time we go there. The last time and I mean it the last time, we are not going there anymore. In drive thru window I asked The worker to gave my 5 years daughter food and the toy in happy meal box, she looked at me with a weird and ugly look and closed the window. She never come back. I honk and honk, she ignored me and stay away from the window. then another employee came and asked me what do I want?... I told her that the other employee was rude person and it's bad customer service. And I asked her to put the food in happy meal box. She didn't understand me because she don't speak English. So she called another employee who came with the manager I think her name Brenda, the employee try to get the bag from me and put the the food in the box, but the manager told me we are not doing that. We not allowed to do that....?!? I got very angry and I told her that I paid for the food and the toy and I need it in the happy meal box. But she said it has to be chicken sandwich if we want it to be in happy meal box not the fish sandwich. I said my daughter don't eat meat, so we got fish for her and you told me she can't have the happy meal box.!!!!!!????? What a fricking rule is that. When they not allow kids to get happy meal box if the sandwich is not chicken. I will not go back there any more. My daughter got sad and start crying and she feel different then other kids because she don't eat meat, she felt bad and she start asking why she is not allowed to get happy meal box. I ordered 2 hot cakes with bacon, a hashround, and a large mocha frappe. I did a online order that said was ready to pick up by the time I arrived. . I went in drive thru being I was in a hurry. Told them my online number at the speaker. No issue until I got to the pick up window. They tried pulling me forward, I said no my order should be ready as it said on my app. The lady came to the window said "someone already picked up your order." "Maybe your sister" I said "no one came". she said "the order was for katarina?" I said no and told her my name as I placed the order. She proceeded to pull me up. I pulled until I seen no one was behind me and I already been waiting 15 mins. I backed up they tried handing me a completely different order. I SAID "NO THIS ISNT MY ORDER" as I was frustrated at this point. Showed her on my phone my order at the window. I just want my food I got a hungry autistic child in the backseat who was getting upset. She finally hands me my correct order. I know they are McDonald's and I know we shouldn't eat there but my special needs son loves the hotcakes and that's what he wanted this morning. But they should get it together.
