New to the area so trying to check out new places. I ordered over the phone at 5:45pm. The kid who Answered needs to learn the menu..day 1 stuff. I had to repeat several times. Was told 20-25 min. When I arrived 25min later there was nobody at the register for 5-10 min. Finally a young girl came over. I told her my name for pick-up and she said it wasn't ready yet. No big deal..I waited in the area. After another 15min (45-50min overall) I asked again and was told by another employee that they lost my order ticket. You can understand my frustration at this point... you knew I was there waiting so why didn't you check on it?...I had already paid. So now I have to wait again for the order to be prepared. 1 hr and 10min later I walk out with food. The sub(chicken parm) had to have been sitting there because it was cold and almost zero sauce. The Greek salad did not have Greek dressing as asked twice and the chicken tenders was also cold. Pretty disappointed since I dropped $50 on a sub, salad and chicken tenders. I NEVER post bad reviews as things happen and people can be short staffed but this was a case of complete laziness and carelessness. My husband and I visited this place for the first time Sunday in May 2023, My first impression was it looked clean an smelt like Italian. That was the side we ordered our food on. Once we decided to dine in we walked over to the bar side which immediately I got a smell of mildew/dirty water. Of course we went back to the other side. I ordered a meatball sub. Very disappointed It was so much cheese I couldn’t taste the meat unless I picked it out. Which aren’t in the shape of a meatball at all. My husband ordered a Philly style calzone which was pretty good. The part I was confused about is why I was charged.99 for each topping. We also ordered garlic knots that unfortunately had know garlic on them at all. Those were returned to the kitchen. Only to come back looking like butter & Parmesan were whipped across the top. We also ordered soft pretzels an those were great the dip was okay. I did not express my disappointment there at all. The young lady was okay, while playing on her phone I only say that because we had to ask if we were supposed to seat ourselves due to the lack of her attention at the moment. Just over 50 bucks for at best...

Stopped by on Friday night 07/21/2023 to grab some Italian food for dinner. I ordered the spaghetti and added meatballs, I also ordered the buffalo chicken dip. There were no meatballs at all in the spaghetti just tiny little pieces of chopped up sausage definitely not meatballs. It was more cheese than sauce so the spaghetti was pretty bland and kind of dry. It was a huge disappointment as they charge you an extra $2.75 for a meatball to be added and I’ve had better spaghetti at Olive Garden. Not to mention the buffalo chicken dip basically was missing chicken in it. It looked as if they chopped up tiny tiny pieces of chicken and added that to the so called dip that was just buffalo sauce and blue cheese mixed together that looked runny and definitely not the texture of what buffalo chicken dip should be. My family and I also ordered a cheesesteak sandwich and Greek chicken sandwich. All in all it’s definitely was not worth the $56 that was spent and in my opinion they need to perform better if they’re going to offer Italian dishes or just strictly stick with...
