Arby's — Restaurant in Knoxville

7 months ago, I gave 5 stars. After our recent visit, I'm updating to 1 star. We came to order through drive thru, only car in line at that time, and needed a few minutes to look over the menu for three people. The order taker answered immediately with no other greeting except asking if we were ready to order. No big deal, we all have bad days or rushed days. We asked for a few minutes. She came back over the speaker three times, maybe within a 3 minute time frame, asking if we had questions and to let her know when we were ready. We let her know we would let her know. She then proceeded to tell us to go ahead. Within seconds SCREAMED, "GO AHEAD!" I have never dealt with such a rude, hateful, angry person in ANY customer service experience! We drove around to the window and she thought it was rather funny that we were asking for her manager. The manager, of course, apologized but "didn't hear anything wrong" although he was standing right beside her at the counter. He listened to our complaint but never once asked what he could do to keep us there as a customer. I left a response for corporate and still no response nearly a month later. We drove to our next stop in Lenoir City and had a much better experience! My family visits Arby's Lovell Rd at least once a month and any other time we're shopping in Turkey Creek but no more. I'm not sure if its me but the roast beef does not taste anywhere near what it used to its very bland and almost sponge like it used to have flavor juice a little spice and season now it tastes of watered down bullion minus any kind of sodium only that's about the only thing I taste in the roast beef oddly enough is a mild sodium taste.. maybe the are using too many preservatives idk . And the seasons curly fries are getting more bland as well they used to have flavor if I didn't know better if swear they've switched suppliers to a much cheaper source that feeds the cattle something different IDK maybe different grades of feed or maybe a different kind of beef all I know is they've lost the...

I did an online order, and when I went in to pick it up, it was still being prepared. It's not a big deal since it hasn't been long since I placed it. The mozzarella sticks were fresh, which is always a plus. The sandwiches, on the other hand, had very little meat on them. I ordered a brisket, and there was just a tiny about of sauce. The meat was non-existent. The regular roast beef had very little meat on it. The woman who was preparing the sandwiches was bad talking the 2 ham and cheese sliders that we got for our young daughter's. Going on, if we were ordering those, we should just slap some mayo on them. The meat defiantly was not cut the normal shaved consistency. More like a rush...
