The shop is a nice little homely place. Only thing that dropped the fifth star was that grabbing an oatmilk latte and a small bar of soap probably shouldn't cost like $25. I was definitely surprised like "wait... What?!" Now, granted I have an extra dollar or two I can toss out to an idea. I am not sure a bar a soap should boost the price $10. Like $15 is the absolute limit to an Oat milk latte, that's way more than even Starbucks, I have no idea how that is even possible. I'm going to chalk this up as a mistake, and hope I was just mischarged this time.
Edit: forgot a couple important points. Can't find any public water. I did find the wifi password posted in the obscure location of the door that is not the entry door. I do appreciate the visibly of it, but it's better if the wifi password is right up front in the face by the cash register.

Read moreI love a âgoodsâ store that has good goods. For such a small space, we spent a lot of time here just walking around. The vibe is great and the trinkets are very cool. I will say the plants are kind of ridiculously priced, but iâm no stranger to the gentrification of the houseplant market. The Decent Espresso machine is sort of a gimmicky thing. In my experience, they are extremely difficult to operate even for a seasoned barista, and after 15 minutes of watching the baristas struggle to navigate its infamous technical difficulties, I decided to just sit down. Itâs not a bad place to be stuck for a minute, but my opinion is that if youâre going to go for something as daring as a Decent Espresso machine, make sure your baristas know how to trouble shoot it. Thankfully they were...
Read moreIâm really excited to see Jacks of Knoxville. I LOVE their focus on handmade, local goods - such an asset to build a vibrant culture in the community. Theyâve got pillows, body products, cards, prints, planters, mugs - so many more really beautiful items. They have a great selection! (Oh letâs not forget chocolate!) I also noticed a few spots for people to come grab a seat and work. The space is bright and light filled - really tasteful. Also, Highline coffee is fabulous! I am fairly new to Knoxville and Iâm hoping to see these businesses really thrive because locally owned and focused really helps keep the cityâs culture vibrant and creative! It also provides me a place to grab items I wonât buy in a big box store! Lets keep them...
