There was a miscommunication between the customer (me) on my fault (low pitch voice) and also on the food line end the cook did not hear me say "No" to beans the first time. I corrected the misunderstanding lowered my head and said "Hey, no I do not want that." Because black beans almost got on my burrito.
Apparently, I offended the cook because he smirked laughed and made a joke right in front of my face talking side by side to the other cook in the line. I almost told him "hey, I'm right here just so you know that." He then gave me such little chicken I was almost surprised it happened. What's this adult's deal?
I will state that I am not personally offended I'm sorry I did not address this issue in person to the onsite management. I just got off a 19hr. shift. I'm too tired for this.
I dunno what was so wrong with addressing clarification with an order. I do wish for the manager to know about this occurrence.
Also to management: I did not care for all his comments and remarks on all the ingredients throughout the food line on my burrito. I couldn't even pick an ingredient once in the entire food line before I was able to leave it with out hearing that man's mouth.
I would typically give a business another chance, but I won't. I'm too old. Yes, by the way you were heard the...
Read moreI asked for a veggie burrito and then was asked at least three times what meat I wanted. The people serving were nice enough. They didn’t seem unpleasant but they didn’t seem excited to see us or happy about working there.
The vegetables looked a little sad and the vegetables (peppers and onions) were kind of sad and not very colorful. You also don’t get much.
We used to come more with friends after church cuz they were always suggesting it but we had not been here in over a year and I remember why now. The food is mediocre at best. You get a decent amount but it’s just not very flavorful even with the salsa and jalapeños and all that.
We did sit down to eat and the ambiance was pleasant. Every other time we have come it’s fine too. If you have a coupon or just need to eat this place will feed you, but if you want super flavorful delicious food I would not...
Read moreLet's get one thing out here first...this is a fast food restaurant with fine dining prices. A trip through the line where they put food on your plastic plate, a few chips, dip and a drink, and you've just burned through nearly $14 (with tax). Neither the quality or quantity of food approaches that value when there are dozens of other lunch places that charge half that.
It's definitely clean, uncrowded (probably because of the prices) and the staff is friendly, but the food is not outstanding...it's average and what you'd expect. To spend this much every day for lunch is not what most folks expect, or can afford. I'll return, but not nearly as often as I might if the prices were a little...
