I am disgusted with this Subway restaurant. Not because of the food but, because of one of the staff members. The ONLY reason this review is getting 2 stars is because of the NICE people that work there. There was a young woman working who seemed to be new and the line was very long. She was doing fine and very polite. Another worker abruptly comes up to her and takes the scoop out of her hand and SCOLDS her like a child in front on the full lobby of customers & tells her that she is scooping TOO MUCH into people’s food. The young woman tries to say something to the rude woman and the woman once again cut her off and wouldn’t let her speak and she huffily walks away after embarassing her .... the rude worker then walks back to the front line and I heard her on the speaker saying “YEAH I SAID HOLD ON. you can order but there is 10 orders ahead of you” ...with a tone saying she would rather them not order. A few other things happened with AMBER ... but I’ve said enough .... I CANNOT believe an employee spoke to someone like this at all ... let alone with a full lobby and in front of other staff.... it seems like the new girl could have not been trained properly if she was giving an entire extra scoop ...I’m sure she wasn’t doing it JUST BECAUSE. this is such a poor display of management and what subway stands for. I am disgusted.

On today's visit I was informed 2 cheeses 1 for each half of the Sandwich is a Upcharge without telling me What the uncharged was. The employee was already put out with Attitude when I asked her to split the sandwich in half because it was for 2 people & told me it would be cut in half. I informed her to take the cheese off my sandwich I was not paying the uncharge. Then when I get to the windows the Young Black Manager tells me she is refusing my service. We have visited this location for Sometime & Always enjoy seeing Theresa at this location. But after today we Will NOT return to this location. Your manager acted like she was being Put out by being asked to do her job. Once your employees start running away customers you lose not the customers. Read moreI felt like I was a burden to the workers. They appeared to be irritated at each other or about their job. Regardless, you don’t take it out on your customers. The chicken salad was just chicken with mayonnaise on top with no seasonings or anything. The bread was so dry it just crumbled and the chips were stale. If you want to ask for a tip, at least put in an effort for good customer service and provide a quality product. I remember when Subway was delicious and I ate there all of the time. It has went downhill over the last few years. I normally only leave positive reviews for a business. However, this is ridiculous. I have worked in fast food and I get it.
