My sister, nephew, and I had stopped in to get late lunch. I had told the cashier that I had left all my coupons at home and asked, did they happen to have any specials or any extra coupons. They do not have any coupons, but proceeded to tell me about some of the daily specials so my nephew placed a order for him and his mother, and then I gave her my order, paid for everything, approximately 7 to 8 minutes later. Our food was brought out to us and asked the lady to please come back and I explained to her. That was missing 2 regular classic roast beefs. She looked on the receipt, she says, oh well, I didn't ring them up so you didn't order them. I said yes, that was the first 2 that my nephew had told you that he needed for he and his mom and she says, well, I can ring them back up, but you'll have to pay for them. I said no, ma'am. I'm sorry, this is not my mistake. It's clearly your mistake that you didn't ring them up. She said yes, it is my mistake, but I just cannot give them to you.And so I immediately said, fine, I need to see a manager, she went back behind the counter and I could hear her talking to the manager about what was going on and the talk didn't sound very friendly at all. So the manager, ( Michelle ) came out and as she asked what was going on, she grabbed my receipt, and I explained to her the ghost situation. And she said, I'll be more than happy to get those out for you right away, but I will have to ring them up and pay for them because she didn't charge you for them. And I said, ma'am, this is not my mistake. She's a rather it's your mistake or her mistake they were never charged for I just can't up and give them to you. So I said so, that's what you call good customer service. I said, okay, then I want a complete refund for everything and I'll just go to another location. So she said, okay, she walked back up to the counter. I walked up there and show her the card I had paid for I asked her name and she said, and don't worry, I've already messaged my boss. They know what's going on.I thought that was pretty rude and uncalled for and very unprofessional. As far as I'm concerned unless this is made up tremendously, I will never give this location my business again, and I will always defer anyone else going to this location. There's like 10 other fast food restaurants in a matter of a 1/4 mile around there. And I guarantee you. There'd be a lot better customer service wise than how we was treated. So I took my family down to the morgan and 931 location @ Raine Smith store was treated with utmost respect? Got the order correct from the very first time. However, everything we ordered from the first location and everything ordered the exact same thing at the second location was priced and charged higher except for the drinks. .. not cool or professional to stay within...
Read moreMost days we get trapped at our desks for lunch. So we send one of our co-works out on a we buy you fly gig. Well today it was Arby's and a co-worker that has a little bit of a speech impediment. The Manager working takes the order form from him starts typing in the order impatiently mind you my guy knows all these sandwiches are sliders and it's happy hour. He gets back I see my receipt For $50 on what was suppose to be a $15 lunch for 2 people. Confused I asked the co worker and he said she took the paper from him and did it all on her own. So I called in to try and fix this situation. To be told they have not had Happy Hour since COVID. Funny we wrote our order off the pic below but whatever but why did I get 4 regular sandwiches at full price when they were supposed to be to sliders. If you would have been a little understanding with my guy he would have gotten everything right. Horrible customer service and from a manager. Then being argumentative when you get caught on it. We order lunch everyday and I can tell you one place we will not be ordering...
Read moreThis particular location has its ups and downs. Good service is spotty. Depending on who's on the drive through, you might get pleasant service or you might not. Your order may or may not be accurate. Same with your register transaction, although that is more commonly going to go well.
My experience at the speaker has been more less-than-stellar than stellar. Same with the windows. Order takers and presenters are usually bored stiff and as a result, they have no interest in greeting me with a smile. If they greet me at all, it's normally with a bland "$x.xx" with my order total and that's it. To their credit, they are quick. They usually do include sufficient napkins, although not extras.
The orders will be, most likely accurate and hot enough. It will probably taste just like an Arby's anywhere. Your drink won't have too much ice; it might not have enough. They usually do remember to include your straw.
You won't likely consider this the best fast food you've ever had, nor the fastest, nor any other superlative. It will...
