I really like this store until trying to buy some cards tonight.. person didn’t want to check prices on cards I was interested in which wasn’t a lot of cards .. said oh these we usually all sell them for $2 a piece .. I state well some of these cards are literally only worth 50 cents or $1 she basically says well you aren’t having to pay for shipping and you get to walk in and they are available .. I’m like that’s just part of having a card store you don’t get to charge a premium for that tho .. I also state some of these cards have price tag stickers on them for like 50 cents cuz they aren’t best condition well we reuse sleeve and those are probably old tags we charge $2 per card .. anyways she first try’s telling me the cost is like $45 and I was like seriously that seems really high explaining they aren’t even worth that much even tho I haven’t looked up every price it was still easy to tell .. she was like oh well I’ll come down to like $37 I was like fine but I don’t agree with it .. I’m glad I stopped and looked up every price of card on TCG player before leaving out of curiosity cuz I felt ripped off .. my cards came up to $25 and that on the high end on TCG player .. she literally tried charging me double the market value I went back up explain this and she was completely stuck up and didn’t .. gladly took my money back .. don’t come here and get ripped off it’s sad cuz I liked this place until now but that is just horrible

Your response below is just plain idiotic it’s not ethical at all to charge more than what something is worth.. your reasoning is just dumb and lacking common sense . You can fool others but not me. There is like 3 other card shops in town that won’t try to rip me off so I’ll just go to them. There is absolutely nothing ethical about almost charging someone double what something is worth lol ridiculous.. the cards I had weren’t even rare or hard to find your just being an unethical shop trying to rip people off.. I mean if your going by those standards then I should be able to sell cards to your at market value then right since your gonna mark it up over market value to make a bigger profit anyways right lol.. I can get cards shipped very cheaply doesn’t cost much at all lol and again cards I had weren’t extremely rare or hard to find to charge a premium lol your just ripping people off using whatever excuse you can it’s sad . I’ll just go to a different shop to buy my cards at actual...

Terrible. Went here a month ago had a bad experience. Went again today and again terrible experience. Called Saturday to see if they took yugioh cards they said yes (only on Sundays) but when asked what percentage they buy at, the woman only can say "it depends" which is understandable she's not the yugioh person. Called Sunday to hopefully get some info I asked if they take yugioh cards and what percentage the man says 40% or 60% "depending on the card" so I go there with my cards and the yugioh guy comes out the blue about which cards can be taken which ones cant & why. None of this was mentioned by the OWNERS who answered the phone. They didn't buy a single card. Nobody said anything about only taking specific cards only that they pay 40% for some 60% for others. Had a few pokemon card I was gonna sell too they took those and I was fine with the credit given. Looking through cards I find one that was kinda interesting but they don't price anything they look up prices of cards you want so they make sure to get the most money outta you but the card had a crease and the first layer on the front of card was torn at the top and the man tried to say the card was MP-HP condition. He tried to tell me what a damaged card really was and that a crease and torn paper doesn't equal damage. They buy your cards at 40-60% & make certain they get 100% of its value selling them to the community without wiggle room unless you mention it and even then they're reluctant to offer deals. They look up a cards worth buy it at the absolute lowest I've ever seen and don't price them so when card goes up in value they don't miss out on that extra money. They lie to you about card conditions to get an extra 5-10$. This is not a real card shop. These are people taking advantage of the hype...

The team at this shop are awesome. Super friendly, knowledgeable and clearly have a passion for what they do - not just solely to make money.

Their pricing of sealed is pretty much always right at market value, which is completely fair - singles as well. They are also mindfully of making sure there is equal chance on new collection drops for people.

Trade in values are A+ in my book.

They been invaluable in my journey to an insane -complete- pokemon collection in finding a ton of specific cards. I'm quite certain the vast majority of my cards will be sourced through them.
