Alright so check me out. I usually don’t leave reviews because I feel that everyone has bad days. However, as someone who has been in management and now upper management for over the past decade I could not stand to witness what was occurring at this restaurant. The servers were all helpful, although clearly new and slower than a veteran Waffle House, they all did their best to get everyone what they wanted in a timely manner. This review is directly for the grill master. I was waiting for my to go order for approximately 23 minutes. I had no problem waiting as I fully expected this place to be fully packed and slow with people still learning. What I did not expect was the blatant disrespect and toxic environment the grill master created. I repeatedly heard him yelling that food was up in a disrespectful manner when the servers were tending to customers. He threw away an order while the waitress was taking an order instead of helping get the orders to the proper place. Regardless of his position, that is not how you lead. After throwing away the dish he proceeded to yell across the restaurant, and I quote ā€œThe first person to come ask me for a bacon egg and cheese hashbrown bowl is getting written up.ā€ I could see some of the younger employees were flustered and he only made it worse. He was bumping into employees and being ignorant for the total wait I sat through. To top that, I initially walked out with my order which turned out to be wrong. It was missing the protein and the cheese on my scrambled eggs. I did not mind, went back inside and the waitresses had it fixed within a few minutes. What did upset me is what I found in my food when I got home. The pictures are attached. Had the grill master paid a little more attention to the grill instead of yelling constantly, I probably wouldn’t have almost swallowed a bread tie. I want to talk to someone from upper management because this is completely unacceptable. Not only did he make it uncomfortable for the employees you could hear how quiet the restaurant was getting because of it.

Was here (Aug 11) around 2 pm. We got seated at the back small corner, 15 mins passed no server came. My bf went to the cashier and asked if any server was assigned to us. We then moved to different table, a server took our order immediately but failed to bring any water until after 10 mins. So 25 mins just not getting served anything. When food came there were THREE ITEMS that were UNDERCOOKED. The waffle, the hash brown and sausages. Need to be sent back before we can eat properly. We were communicating to the staffs and they were trying to help and respectful but at that point it was too much. All food came out at weird order. Though overall experience the service was mediocre, the food was not better than any other location. Staffs were trying their best but it was not enough. At the time we were there it was not that busy anymore but seems like everybody was hectic for no reason? Idk if that’s to go order or what but employees seem to be busy without any significant movements. We heard tools were dropping and everybody shouting at everybody at the kitchen in front of us… When we were there we saw at least 2 other customers were pissed off cause of similar situation (especially being seated down with no server coming nor water). They mentioned that many of them are still in training. I hope management fix this issues asap.

We have passed by this place a couple of times. We always commented how small it was, thinking we might be waiting for a hot minute just to be seated. We rolled in this morning, the parking lot was packed, but were seated at a booth immediately. It is a small little spot with a handful of tables. You can eat at the bar if you want to. I will first say, if I was grading on service alone this place would get 5 stars all day long. The servicing was amazing. The servers were very attentive and on top of checking on tables. I had ordered a waffle, hashbrowns and bacon. We had also ordered another plate of eggs, toast, bacon and hashbowns. Not more than 5 minutes after we placed our order, the server was delivering the food. Amazing! The waffle was thin. I expected it to be a tad bit crispier. They did give me one little thing of butter. I would have been nice to have a second. I did ask for sugar free syrup, which did they bring me. The hashbrowns were soggy. They were little crisp on the top. They should have laid out some clarified butter and let them sit for a little longer. The bacon was nice. I would have preferred a thicker cut of bacon, but that is just my preference. It would have been nice to have a side of salsa. They did have pepper sauce, which was fine. You do have to go up to the register to pay. I am glad they have the tip on the card reader, instead of having the server ask you if you want to tip, which is awkward if the lady ringing you up is the server that assisted you.

Overall a great experience.The food could be a little better, but would not deter me from coming back. It is worth a stop, especially since they...

This was my first time at Waffle House and i decided to put in a to go order. I put the order in around 2 am ( not the best idea but was having some late night munchies šŸ˜®ā€šŸ’Ø) When I arrive they are pretty busy I ask about my order and the staff kinda freaks out bc they haven’t started it. I was very understanding of the situation and patiently waited 40 mins for them to make my order. I finally get home and when I open my food we’re missing pretty much my whole meal. We ordered 2 all start specials with extra ham sausage and grits. They gave us our waffles Eggs toast and grits. We were missing the bacon, hashbrowns, sausage , ham and the cheese on the eggs I ordered. I tried calling, but I didn’t get an answer so I drove back to tell them about the food I was missing. At this point it had been 2 hrs Since I put my order in I was just trying to eat I was hungry and then the girl the counter trying to give me attitude about what I did and didn’t get like be so fr. How are you gonna argue with me About some food you thought I got when I’m missing half of my meal like girl please .I told her that I wanted the whole thing remade and she didn’t want to remake it Because they said that they didn’t have a manager on site. I ended up getting it remade . (period ) And getting home by 5 AM When I ordered my food around 2 am. I get home all the food is there.
