Jamba — Restaurant in La Mesa

I am absolutely bursting with joy and gratitude for Andrea (fingers crossed I got the name right!). Believe it or not, I had never stepped foot in a Jamba Juice before, but Andrea completely changed the game for me. She went above and beyond to make sure I had the best experience possible. From patiently explaining the ingredients in the smoothies I was looking at to offering suggestions for extra nutrition, she was a true smoothie guru.

But that's not all - Andrea took it a step further and addressed my weird texture issues with food. I know it sounds silly, but she understood my concerns and described what the texture would be like with the protein powder in the smoothie with such precision that I felt completely at ease. She made sure I knew what to expect. I settled on the Vanilla Blue Sky with the soy protein powder and let me tell you, every sip was a delightful surprise.

What impressed me the most about Andrea was her unwavering patience and kindness. Despite my endless stream of questions and requests, she never once made me feel like I was a bother. Her genuine care and passion for her work shone through, and as a result, she made my day brighter than ever.

So, here's to you, Andrea - a true smoothie magician and a shining star at Jamba Juice. Thank you for introducing me to a whole new world of delicious and nutritious treats. Today at 1:45p I bought a ginger shot and asked for a full cup of ice. Sophie gave me a half a cup of ice and said we just ran out of ice. I stepped out to take my wallet and ginger shot to my car. Then went back to ask someone else if there was any ice. They said yes. As they went to give me the other half cup of ice, I saw the ice bin was pretty full. There were two solutions here:

1. If Sophie was being truthful, she could have let me know I needed to wait for the ice bin to be refilled, instead of turning me away with less than what I asked for.
2. She could have just said, “I just don’t want to give you a full cup of ice”.

If Sophie was being dishonest, shame on her....

Went just before Christmas expecting it to be busy. I wasn't surprised when the line was out the door. I was surprised, however, of how quickly they took everyone's order, and I was even more surprised when I was out the door with my drink only a few minutes later. Honestly whoever was working that day needs a promotion. They always nail the order - speed and consistency is what I've come to expect at Jamba Juice. I just wish they would blend the smoothies a bit longer - I always seem to be left with a few chunks of fruit in the bottom (although I could probably just request this of them...
