Subway — Restaurant in La Porte

This is a fair warning: do NOT go here unless you want to be treated like dirt. People that work here are incredibly rude and unprofessional. They are all pretty young and very disrespectful. There’s a girl named Maria that works there that gives you attitude about everything. There’s also a guy (whom I didn’t catch his name) that is INCREDIBLY rude and smirks for no reason, he even told me that I’m supposed to get my own cup for my drink when he forgot to hand it to me after I ordered it...mind you, the cups for drinks are on their counter for them to hand to customers once it’s paid for, this not the customer’s “job”... although if that’s how they want it to be then maybe they should place the drink cups by the fountain soda area... not by their register! They are very rude, worst experience ever. Also that Maria girl just lets her hair fly everywhere, not wearing a hair net......

I had the worst experienced ever in this Subway store! I placed an order online for just one steak & cheese footling with most veggies, clicked apply and place order. When I got my sandwich, there were only onions and green peppers on it. No other veggies and no dressings at all. Came to the front and brought this issue over to one of the ladies working there. She asked for my ticket and almost immediately EDUCATED ME to how to place the order "next time". At first, I thought nothing of it, but she told me again, "the next time..." I got very upset and said to just drop it and finish her job, the way I wanted my sandwich; she then, turned around and went to the cash register to give me my money back in cash. I do not appreciate this from subways employees. We are there to get what we want and they shouldn't give us a hard time! I will NEVER come back to...

It's about what you would expect from a subway. Foods fine no issues there. Many of the employees were not wearing masks 1/4 were wearing a face mask. This doesn't bother me personally but it will likely bother some people. From what i could tell ALL of the employees were wearing gloves. It is in a strip center so there is plenty of parking. The building itself is really tucked away and hard to see from the street. You could easily miss it if you didn't know it was there. You customize your food so I don't really have an order to recommend. I got a steak sandwich with pepper jack cheese, Spinach, onion, black pepper and creamy Siracha sauce...On cheesy herb bread. Still likely the healthier option given all of the "fast" food...
