Ordered on-line at about 7:05. Received confirmation of order and payment showed in my account. Stated pizza would be ready at 7:39.

Arrived at the restaurant at about 7:45. The girl working the counter stated they did ot receive my order as their system must have a glitch.

I stated that the glitch was not my problem and I would wait while they made my order. She stated that they closed in 40 minutes and that would not be enough time. I let her know that I ordered the pizza and it was paid for and I would wait.

She handed me a piece of paper and told me to write my order down. I started to write, she walked to the back then came back to tell me that the ovens were already shut off because they had been slow and would take a while to heat up. I again said I would wait. They then refused to make the pizza stati g the manager Lorena told them to shut everything down.

I asked to speak to the manager and was told no manager was on site and in fact lived in Northern California.

I asked for a phone number which went to VM, however I could not leave a message because the VM box was full.

I then texted the number and the person who responded stated they were not Lorena nor were they the manager or owner of Rosatis.

I have been to this Risatis before and the pizza is the closest I have found to what I had growing up in Chicago. However, this dishonesty and lack of customer service will keep me away and I will no longer recommend to people. The couple of times I visited after the ownership change I was hopeful because the staff seemed more enthusiastic about their jobs. Seems to have changed. Will find out tomorrow if I can get...

Rosati’s came well recommended so we drove out to LaQuinta from Temecula/Murrieta area..and it was well worth the drive!! Many restaurants bill themselves as Family-Friendly, But Rosati’s TRULY Exemplifies this motto in every sense of the word. The Owner - Domenic Pomponio and his Father Tony were working the restaurant diligently and tending to all of their guests with gracious service & hospitality…they even came over and made conversation with my 3 & 6 year old daughters. They truly treat you like Family when you’re there and it makes for a great Family Meal. You pair this exceptional hospitality with deliciously authentic food, and you have an awesomely satisfying dining experience at Rosati’s. I recommend the wings, they were cooked perfectly; they had a nice crispy texture on the outside, but remained meaty & moist on the inside with a tangy & savory buffalo sauce..I couldn’t get enough. For pizza, my family and I got the Chicago-Style Thin Crust and it was amazing!! With many other places giving you doughy, spongy bland pizza…Rosati’s thin crust is a superb revelation; with a fresh crunch & indulgent scratch made marinara sauce in every bite. You can smell and taste the authentic flavor & quality of cook from a real pizza oven. I would make the drive again and we will certainly stop here every time that we are in the desert, because my entire family loved the food and the service certainly made us feel like Family!! Bón...

I’m originally from the Chicago suburbs , and Rosatiā€˜s just celebrated their 60th year of being in the Pizza business. I’ve been coming out to the desert for the last 15 years and could never find a pizza that was like Chicago pizza!! ( and I don’t mean Deep Dish) Was driving down one 111 one day and noticed a Rosatiā€˜s Pizza. I stopped to ask if it was the same as the Chicago Rosatiā€˜s and the manager assured me it was. I tried it tonight and was thoroughly surprised. It was just like the Rosatiā€˜s we have in Chicago!! so happy to have found this place and will absolutely, most definitely, come back. I will totally spread the word because so many people feel that they just can’t find a good pizza in California. It’s a crispy THIN CRUST not soggy like most I’ve had here. Sausage and sauce were GREAT as wellā£ļøā£ļø Give it a try, you won’t be disappointed!! Then you could go to Handelā€˜s which is next-door for an ice cream treat, it’s totally a...

It Was a long wait...but man was it Well Worth It!!!!!! My biggest suggestion is to order ahead. It takes 45min to cook the pizza. I wasn't discouraged about the wait time either. The restaurant is in a nice shopping area, and I personally did just that. Read most of the reviews about it being small(16 chairs 5-6 tables)...That didn't bother me....no beer / wine well....let's just say I would have spent the night in heaven if they had it...lol....it's a pizza joint!!! Water, Tea, Soda Pop the usual!!! The food was my main focus, but if you gotta be picky about beer. Bevmo isn't that far away with a full selection...lol...Service Was GREAT! The place was Very Well Kept. Again it's all about the food!!! A MUST TRY !!!!!!!!!!

We originally came for pizza, wings and beer. Unfortunately they no longer sell beer. However the food was absolutely amazing. The wings were on point and our deep dish pizza was the best ever. Definitely out weighed the beer... The service was great and the only thing missing was the beer but that will not affect my 5 star rating. The best place so far in the Indio desert area for sure!!!
