Despite being part of a large restaurant chain with nearly 600 locations, Texas Longhorn Steakhouse manages to maintain a cozy, relaxed atmosphere that feels more like a neighborhood favorite than a national brand. The rustic décor and friendly staff create an inviting space where diners can settle in for a great meal. While the menu does offer a few non-beef options, it’s clear from the moment you walk in that this is a steakhouse through and through—so if you love steak, you’re in the right place. The menu at Longhorn Steakhouse is filled with plenty of beef-centric options, from juicy ribeyes to tender filets, all cooked to perfection. Steak lovers will appreciate the variety of cuts and preparation styles, ensuring there’s something to suit every taste. The appetizers are a standout as well, with crowd favorites like their famous Wild West Shrimp and stuffed mushrooms. Pair your meal with a drink from the full-service bar, where you can catch a game on one of the TVs while you enjoy the laid-back atmosphere. Service at Longhorn Steakhouse is consistently excellent, with staff going out of their way to make sure each guest has a top-notch dining experience. Whether you’re there for a casual dinner or a celebration, the relaxed vibe and consistently delicious food make this a great place for return visits. If you’re a steak lover, Longhorn Steakhouse should definitely be on your bucket list of go-to restaurants.

While visiting Palm Springs for Spring Break, my wife and i decided to make our last food stop, Longhorn Steakhouse. Unfortunately, we do not have one here in the Bay Area. This is one of our favorite food chain steak spots. It is so good. Well, we went here 3 days before this day for dinner, and it was a horrible experience. However, we decided to give it one last shot because I really wanted steak. Welp... good ish of a choice. Everything was delicious 😋 😌 🤗. My steak was cooked well (I will eat it medium from now on vs medium well), fully loaded baked potatoes, warm bread with cinnamon butter, and a strawberry don julio marg long pour!!! Thank you to Ms. Charmie Magbanua, the manager who was on duty the 1st night that we came and it was a no-go for us with that creaky waiter. You and your hospitality were superb and outstanding, ma'am. Please try to visit home when you can. I'm sure that you are missed!! Thank you to our waitress, Ms. Lynette for ensuring that our food was just right and the great steak suggestion on how to order it moving forward so it is perfect each and every time. Yassssss.... this was lyfe!!! We were 😊 😃 😀 😄

My children and I went to LongHorn Steakhouse in La Quinta, Ca off of Hwy 111 for the first time last night and we had a great experience. The wait time for party of 3 was short. We were seated immediately and our waiter for the night Jazmine, came over right away to take our drink orders. I had Handcrafted mango lemonade which was so delicious and my children ordered Sprite. As we waited, Jazmine brought out loaf of bread and butter (not shown here) which was soo delicious, the bread was soft and hot. I ordered appetizers as my entree: Wild West Shrimp and Parmesan crusted spinach dip. The shrimp were flavorful and crispy and the Parmesan spinach dip was flavorful. We enjoyed the crispy flatbread chips paired with the dip. My children enjoyed the flatbread chips with butter! Amazing! For desert we shared the Chocolate Stampede Cake served with Ice cream. We were so surprised with how big the dessert was. It is enough for the entire party to enjoy. The chocolate was rich and delicious without being too sweet. We had a wonderful time, the set up and atmosphere of the restaurant was great. We will be back.

Most disappointing meal!! I always give great reviews to businesses, but just had an early Father's Day meal with my dad and couldn't believe the service we received. Getting seated didn't take long (I had joined a waitlist online), but where it downhill was the food service. I originally asked for waters with our drinks. They didn't bring the water, which was fine I just drank my tea. When my father and I received our steaks he received his sides, one of them not being modified as requested when they took down our order. I did not receive my side (brussel sprouts), only my steak. They said it would be out shortly. Despite our attempts to get someone, it took a while for us to get our waitresses' attention to let her know that the mistake in my dad's meal and that I had yet to receive my side, and asked if she could bring us bread. She said she would check on our food and bring the bread. She didn't come back until they brought my dad's side and I had to remind her about the bread and ask for a refill for on our drinks, and update on my side dish. Throughout this I still had no sides to eat with my steak. I could tell my father was uncomfortable to be eating without me being able to eat, so he gave me his side dish they originally messed up, so that I could eat something with my steak. I didn't receive my side until approx. 30 min, and by then my food was cold, and I was no longer hungry. I ate some of my brussel sprouts bc I had waited so long, but I was sorely disappointed that we couldn't enjoy the nice meal I had initially intended. I could tell my dad felt bad. I'm not saying the food is bad, on the contrary. However, I would think twice before going around the time of a holiday. It's just not worth it. It appears that they are not able to handle a full house despite it not actually being...

I usually don't write negative reviews but this one truly deserves one. I had try to make a reservation ahead and I was told that was not possible, but they suggested to give a call the same day to add our name to the list of waiting. I did that. When I called to state that we were on our way they told me my name was never added and they quoted me now a 70 min wait. As upset as I was I was celebrating my dad's birthday and that's where he wanted to go. We waited the 70 mins and as I went to check in with the hostess she stated it would be 35 min more. When she told me why she stated there was an 8 top ahead of us and that there where 3 large parties about to get up. We waited 35 more mins and went to check again and I was told that the large parties were still seating and they gave them an hour to eat so they should get up soon. I worked in the service industry for years I managed and ran restaurants. Giving a 6 top and up an hour to eat is unrealistic. It is more like 2-3hrs. To shorter the horrible experience we waited 3 hours before we got a drink and bread in our system. I was with my two young children. As I stated I ran restaurants for years and there is bound to be bad nights. But how the staff handled the situation was truly unforgiving. There was no apology and to make the matter worse there was attitude given. The manager should have stepped in to ease the situation. Food was great no complains but service...

I recently came in for lunch with my husband and baby. I work in hospitality myself, so I always appreciate good service and understand how important proper timing and guest care are. I’ve always loved this place, but unfortunately, this visit was extremely disappointing it was by far the worst service I’ve experienced here.

Our server, Myrrha, took a long time to greet us. When we ordered, our queso appetizer didn’t come out first as requested instead, our salads and entrees arrived before it. When I asked about the appetizer, she said she would be right back, but then returned with our entrees in hand. I asked her to pace the food better, and she responded by saying the food would just sit in the window. That kind of response is unacceptable, especially when coming from someone in a guest-facing role.

She never came to check on how the food tasted, didn’t ask if we needed refills, and only returned to ask about dessert while we were still eating. Dropping the check before we were even finished was the final straw. At no point did we feel cared for or properly looked after during our visit.

I didn’t leave a tip because the service was far below what’s acceptable especially for a restaurant of this caliber. I strongly recommend that Myrrha receive retraining on basic steps of service and guest interaction.

This experience was a huge letdown, and I hope it was an isolated case.

Thank you for taking the time...
