EVERY SINGLE TIME I go here there's a problem! My family and I usually love Wendy's and my husband and I worked in the restaurant industry for 10+ years so I gave this location MANY trys thinking maybe it was just an off day... maybe they were short staffed.. etc. First time I made a mobile order via wendys app, I opted to pick it up inside. I get there about 7 pm on a Friday night and the doors are locked, I see the manager inside so I hold my phone up so she can see I am picking up an order and she yells for me (and another man picking up an order) to go through the drive through. The drive through is about 7 cars long, it takes FORTY minutes for me to get my food. By the time I get it it's cold and disgusting. We decide to give it another go a few weeks later, again the dining room is closed EARLY on a Friday night. I try to order chicken nuggets, they don't have them, I try to order a vanilla frosty, they don't have it, so now I have to go next door to mcdonalds for my kids food... fine. I order 2 LARGE combos, they give me one medium and one large. AGAIN I wait a week or 2 and go back, this time the dining is room open, cool, so I go in to order. Took a while to get my food but it's dinner time so I get it. Get my food and I am missing a large fry, I tell the girl at the counter and she asks to see my receipt, which I figure out she put in my kids meal for whatever reason. Of course it's on there.. she says okay and stands there. Doesn't call it out, nothing. Stands there. She waited for the drive through to get their food before even telling the cook she needs a large fry. During that time 2 other people come in missing food, whole meals and sandwiches....

Maybe a frosty, and some cookies. #1 reason for the single star review: I've gone inside MULTIPLE times and ordered without a mask on, and they haven't complained. Last time I went in, not only were the people in the back chattering, being lazy, ignoring the line up front, [I was behind the guy in 1st place to order] but the woman[?] that took his order told me I needed a mask to be inside. Understandable, even though the last 3 times no one cared, but she said she had none to give me so I could order. So refused to serve me, making a big deal out of it. The employee sitting in the back corner eating was shaking her head as she was watching the situation take place, it was stupidly ridiculous, especially when I'd been served prior with NO problem.
Also, I'd walk through the drive through to order, but they won't serve me that way. Too scared. Bottom line? Go to Arby's. Better fast food [if that's possible] or should I say "better tasting" and they don't care if you're walking or driving through the drive thru. & I've never gotten an attitude over nonexistent issues over there. It's not my problem people decided to make fast food their career Will...
Read moreWe had to wait a long time for a simple order. Tried to get vanilla frosties, but no vanilla, only chocolate or pumpkin spice, so we chose pumpkin spice. No greeting when we pulled up. I was sure he mumbled, "Have a good day" after he handed me the bag, so I started to pull away, but my daughter reminded me about the frosties, so I pulled up to the area where you wait if they need to bring something out and I went inside and up to the counter. 3 people were busy moving around inside and not one acknowledged me. I said excuse me to one, ignored. I got another girl's attention and explained that we didn't get our frosties. She said, "Oh yes," and went to get them. When she handed them to me they looked a bit dark and watery, but I was in a bit of a hurry and she'd already walked off and there was no one else, so I left. My daughter showed me just how runny they were, like not frozen at all, and when she tasted it, it was chocolate. Those had to have been sitting out on the counter since we'd ordered, at least, and we sat in that line for at least 15 minutes. The rest of the food was okay, I guess. My asiago chicken club had the sauce just thrown on in clumps, so not really appetizing, but...
