Went for a birthday party today between 1230 and 2. There were other parties going on as well during this time. There were also many people outside of the parties. The party area was well organized. The kids received their bands with the preloaded card. Most of the games functioned properly. Some of them were not worth the money as it only gave or or two tries before it needed an additional tap of the card. A few of the machines had ricket issues which means you had to hunt down someone to help with the malfunction. Each time you had to find then wait for someone to come help you. Most times, it took more than one attempt to find and bring someone to help at the machine that malfunctioned. After the kids played for about an hour and a half, the they went to the party table. There they did a little dance, ate, cut the cake, Chuck came around and hugged all the birthday kids and then they did the cake and presents. The pizza and the cake were cut and served by the dedicated party person that was assigned to you. Our person didnt seem at all to enjoy her job but she was efficient. After all of that, the party ended and you turn in the tickets or play more whatever you want to do. By that point we were ready to go so we went to turn in our tickets that I already had an actual ticket for. So we get to the counter and there is one 1, yes 1, person at the counter. Long story short, I complained three times to three different people, over an agonizing 25 minutes, two other people finally came to help the guy. Then those people didnt even bother to help the people who have been in line for all that time, they just helped the ones who walked up. Its absoutely crazy how anyone who schedules that many birthdays at the same time only has one and sometimes no one at the prize counter and noone roaming the floor in case the machines malfunction. The prizes are TERRIBLE and definately not worth the time or money but when you have little kids they enjoy the pure junk rewards that Chuck E Cheese...
Read moreSubpar facility with bad management and lowest cleanliness standards. A very bad experience to be had here. I won’t be going back nor would I recommend to anyone [that i like] For starters, it seems there is no quality control whatsoever in the kitchen. The food comes out very inconsistent. Our pizza was burnt yet my sister got one with soft, raw dough. The tables are sticky to the point that you want to use sanitizer just from sitting there. The shakers on the tables are disgusting with god-knows-what on them. The games and equipment are grimey as well. Also, many of the games aren’t in good working order, either completely not functioning or malfunctioning to the point of taking coins/credit. There is obviously poor or no management there. The rude workers who have an attitude when asked to help don’t have any direction or customer service skills whatsoever. To top it off, the bathrooms were disgusting with the smell of urine throughout. Only after many complaints were made by multiple families did the staff attempt to clean. Actually only smearing around floor fluids around with a dry mop. Never will I subject my family to this place again and I almost feel like a penicillin shot...
Read moreMy child became very I'll to the point of throwing up all over the establishment. When we were taking him to the bathroom to continue throwing up, there were employees in the restroom that walked pass us. They did not offer any help nor did they attempt to clean the mess in the bathroom. I asked for cleaning supplies to clean the areas where my child threw up at and was told that they did not have any supplies to clean up the mess. I went to the manager and asked could they please find some way to clean up the mess because other kids were walking through the throw up without any shoes. The staff waited about 30 minutes after my child threw up and then they began to clean up. I had to tell them that I was going to report them in order for them to start cleaning with the cleaning supplies that they said were not available. What a horrible experience for my...
