I called and was put on hold after a fairly lengthy recorded interrogation. Having waited patiently for at least 15 minutes to speak to someone about a common and simple problem, a young lady finally answered the phone with nothing but questions and no answers.. My Dish Washer is out of commission for over 40 days. Still the Geek Squad has not come and fixed this. They came 2 times and said they waiting on parts.
