Terrible I tip them 5.00 or 10.00 dollars twice a week and I asked they pit 6 of the soft tacos of the 11 total I ordered in a separate bag as they were for my neighbor, 3 regular shell tacos 3 nacho shell tacos and 2 two packs of Cinnabon and tipped her 5.00 and politlighly asked her to please make sure they don't leave something out and please bag 6 soft tacos separately she assured me she would, 30 seconds later she hands me one huge bag and says 6 of the soft tacos I asked to big bagged separately and there was a spare paper bag I was told to put the soft tacos in myself, the manager heard me I guess ask this girl why didn't you do what I asked and follow through with what she assured me she would do, the manager came up behind the cashier and told me I could do it myself and to get out of the drive-thru lane which had 2 cars behind me and I wasn't asking why for less than a minute. Of course I tried to call the store when I got home and they neglected to include 4 cinibons I paid for. Tried calling the stores number and it would not ring from my cell or landlines line, I called corporate and while on hold read several reviews which almost all had the exact same stories I just shared and several mentioned they turn off their phone intentionally and not one review mentioned always giving a sizable tip. Corporate wasn't interested in finding out if I was being truthful when saying the phone at this location doesn't ring even after telling him several people have complained about not being able to call them because they turn off the phone intentionally, and constantly omit filling your entire order and obviously don't mind taking a 5 or10 dollar tip. A true poorly managed run location that I will never return to and will be sure to tell any friend that says they are going I will suggest they go to a hamburger place and stop be treated like you truly aren't welcome to patronize this awefull location on Ambassador Caffery across from Home Depot. NEVER AGAIN, as now I am supposedly going to receive a call in a an unknown length of time from a manager that obviously doesn't care if her customers are satisfied and will return or like me will not go near this joke of a junk...
Read moreMy granddaughter and I went Tuesday, August 6, 2024. Ordered inside from the computer. Very disappointed after placing our order, my granddaughter tried to get the fountain lemonade which didn’t work. I proceeded to get root beer, again it didn’t work. I was told by male clerk they have no brown drinks. My question was why lemonade didn’t work. Received no answer so they gave my granddaughter the frozen lemonade which she didn’t like. I went ahead and got iced tea, which was fine. I told the mail employee that they shouldn’t be informing the customers when they’re out of something like brown drinks. We had to ask for napkins, which came from a grocery store package evidently they were out of those also. Seems that somebody did not do their job and order more supplies. Not the regular Taco Bell napkins. My granddaughter opened up her bean burrito and when she lifted it up, everything poured out onto her dress. Trying to clean up the mess was horrible, I received the new cheesy chicken Chalupa it was very messy. No pride and preparing the meal. I also received a side of chips and guacamole. The chips had a horrible burnt grease taste, and rancid and were crushed how in the world can someone dip a chip when it’s smaller than the size of a penny. This is not the first time at this location. Nobody wants the crushed chips from the bottom of the bag. It was over $18 for this meal and it went into the trash except for the tea. Only thing good I could say good about this place was my ice tea. This place needs new management someone to supervise what’s going on, order supplies before they run out. When my granddaughter and I were leaving, someone drove up in a vehicle with a handicap tag and handed the employee a couple of bags with 2Liter bottles of soft drink or as they called it brown drinks . I don’t think the customers will be satisfied with that. Somebody needs to check on this place or...
Read moreI always waste my gas and drive out my way to this specific Taco Bell, because this is the only one with friendly service & fresh chalupas. This was not the case tonight. The chalupas were like crackers, old, stale, & hard. It's a crying shame when you're spending over $30 paying premium price for less than quality food. I even ordered online for in-store pickup, I understand places can be busy & I dont want to hold a line. You'd think they would take this into consideration & properly prepare the food & not give me old stale shells. If the store doesn't make this right, I'll never be back and I'll dispute the charge with my bank. I refuse to accept this kind of service & food when the price of everything is at an all time high, the quality of food should be the same way. 1 chalupa is $5.19 + tax. Keep this in mind when ordering. We can eat anywhere we want, I highly doubt I'll ever be back if they think it's acceptable to not even do their job. I know when the workers make food for themselves, they aren't cutting any corners for their meals & customers should be treated the same way.
Reviews make a difference, I see so many others complaining about the food the past recent months. They did have new workers tonight, I guess the good ones finally left. So sad they...
