Theres a kid of one of the employees running around. The child was reaching over the counter climbing on tables and had spilled some applesauce. The lady (I'm assuming manager) was NOT wearing a mask. It was her child. There was no bread ready other than wheat. Had no ice in the machine for drinks. We ordered a buffalo chicken sandwich and the chicken was not cut. She took some chicken from another container and instead of taking time to cut it into strips, she rushed it. Then we asked for buffalo sauce and got something completely different. We would understand if we had been let known before. But we clearly said buffalo chicken before we began the order and then when we found out there was no sauce we asked to try what the lead person had said was "similar", she blaintly ignored out request and put it on the sandwich anyway. Also very poor sanitation practice. When the child was causing a scene and reaching over the counter, she grabbed the child under the arms and continued to use the same gloves that she has made our sandwich with and made the sanwhiches for the customers behind us in line. This was absolutely the worst experience I've had. And do not recommend anyone go here. Especially during this epidemic. This is putting peoples lives at risk. Not to mention the poor...

When I got to the store to pick up, they did not have my order ready, only to tell me they didn't have the meat for the sandwich I ordered. Any other subway I have ordered from has called me beforehand if there was an issue with my order. I asked the girls there to please refund me, only to be told that they could not and that I had to request the refund online. This was completely FALSE! There is no option to request a refund online and I took the time to read the terms and conditions on the app... I learned that if you have an issue with an order or payment, you have to deal directly with the subway you placed the order with. So, I had to leave there, with no refund after they refused to help. I have been calling to speak with a manager but there is no answer. The phone just rings. This is the WORST service! I suggest just go to another subway or go across the street to Firehouse sub! Read moreWhoever was working on the night of 1/19/2019 needs to go through retraining. When I walked in there were 4 people in there. One of them was sitting on a stool behind the register (don't think she ever moved off that stool, but if her reasons are medically related and not just laziness, then this part of my review should not be used). There was another girl sitting down eating who made my sub but it took her 2 minutes to get off her seat and behind the counter as she continued eating with her friends there for a few. She also did not wash her hands prior to handling the order. She did put on gloves otherwise I would have walked out. There was another tall guy working who sat at the table eating most of my visit but did walk in the back, however all 3 continued to talk really loudly at one another and he threw some things at one of the girls playing around which did almost hit me.
