He gave me the information I needed and he said that he would hold five bags of corn for me. When I entered the store, I noticed that Levi was on one of the registers. Customer service experience today was AWFUL from Mark, who i later found out is a team leader. He wasn't polite AT ALL, from the beginning of our purchase to the end. Then I proceeded to call to make a complaint about him. I asked to speak to a manager, and the lady stated that a manager wasn't in. How could she help. So I asked who was in charge, that when her attitude changed. She proceeded to aggressively say I'm TIFFANY I'M A TEAM LEAD, IT'S EITHER ME OR MARK WHO IS A TEAM LEAD AS WELL WHO IS IN CHARGE, (THIS IS WHAT YOU GET).
