Pressed Juicery — Restaurant in Laguna Niguel

We buy our juices from here almost weekly , the cashiers are mostly pleasant unless you go near closing time then they are a bit rushed. I was told last night that before I order I should let them know I’m a VIP member so they don’t have to cancel and re-enter the order after the fact. She tried to say it in the nicest way possible she knew how and I didn’t mind but someone else could have taken offense by the way she said it as it came off annoyed with having to re-enter everything. Most of the cashiers are young and inexperienced in customer service which is understandable. I would suggest the manager train the employees to ask clients if they are a VIP member before taking their order and entering the information in the system. This would avoid the delays in having to delete and re-enter orders and become more efficient as well as possibly sell more VIP memberships. Seems like a win...

It’s about 107 degrees outside. We thought the Freeze was a great dessert on a very warm day. We found the Pressed Juicery in Laguna Niguel after our lunch there are two employees showed up. One female employee blond hair with glasses treated us with a very unfriendly and unprofessionally attitude. We thought she was angry. At the same time the other female employee black hair with glasses was asking us some random questions and trying to check out. I was confused by their services. It was not busy at the store. There are two of us and two employees. I’m a big fan of Pressed Juicery but I never had such a bad experience at the Pressed Juicery stores before.

We love love love pressed juicery so much but I feel like after months of issues here it needs to be noted that this specific location is horrible. They are ALWAYS out of things. They never have toppings for their freezes or they’re out of all flavors but one, or their freezers are broken or their juices are out of stock it’s crazy every time I attempt to go it’s another thing gone wrong! So unfortunate cause it’s so close to our house but we definitely do not recommend going to this location. Not to mention I’ve had many a conversation with people in the lines about how unpleasant the employees are and while there are some sweethearts working there, there have definitely been some with quite the attitude... drive a little farther to a different location and avoid...
