Went to this location at 12:30 am last night. I ordered 3 JBC biggie bags and a JBC (junior bacon cheeseburger) a la cart. Made it to our hotel, which was 2 minutes from this location. We noticed none of our JBC had bacon on it..not even one piece. I called and spoke with the manager Jennifer she told me her daughter took the order and to come back the next day to get the order replaced. She even told me to either speak with manager Sandra or manager TJ.
So today we went back, around 10:30pm. Manager TJ was on duty. As soon as I pulled up, the young lady from last night knew exactly who I was. So she asked me to pull over and wait for my order. I was supposed to get my entire order (including my drinks) replaced. They didn't honor that. I then looked at my burger to make sure it was right, and I had 1 piece of bacon that's was cut into two pieces. I asked to speak with the manager. Manager TJ came out with attitude. When I showed him the burger, he said that it was correct. They put 2 slices of bacon on it. But as you can see, the picture that I attached isn't 2 slices of bacon, more like half of a slice, and then that half was cut in half.
I'm from Houston, and our Wendy's would never do nothing like this. This location has a lot of kids working for them who don't care, unprofessional and a lot of bad reviews. Wendy's corporate needs to come by and get this location together. When I visit Lake Charles again (which is often), I definitely won't come to...
Read moreUPDATE to my review from last night. I went back today to get the Frostys that I did not receive last night. Walked in ,person at the counter wad ALL SMILES and jolly UNTIL I told her what I was there for witch was to get my frostys that i didn't get last night. Her WHOLE attitude changed INSTANTLY. SHE SAID "OH YOUR THE ONE THAT REPORTED US" I SAID "YES" ! She then went to the back and started talking and laughing about the situation with her employees. Because it was the manager. Now I clearly see why employees are rude,because look at their managers. They aren't leading them that's for sure.
I asked for LARGE for the inconvenience....because for 1 I went there the 1st time to get what i ordered. Had to leave with NOTHING. Then go back today and get the frostys that I didn't get.
Pulled up to get my mobile order. Employees were out back smoking. They ran inside when I pulled up to the drive thru.
They pulled a whole McDonald's move. Our machine is down.
I said how long before it comes back up.
We cleaned it already we close in an hour. Witch was a LIE. They still had an hour and half before closing.
I asked the Employee what about my refund. She said my manager said we don't do refunds. Come back tomorrow for the frostys.
Employee was RUDE. Instead of smoking in the back....of the building and barley being able to talk when someone orders.....DO YOUR JOB...
Read moreI'm not one to complain about places i go. But this Wendy's was horrible. Its was 10:10 on a sunday and the doors still hadn't been opened. Had to go knock on the drive through window to get their attention. I place my book down on a table and then I go to order and all the employees including the MANAGER are in the back talking & laughing. I call for them multiple times and no one acknowledges me or the two other ppl there. Finally after waiting 10min. The manger comes up and i tell her ppl are waiting for you all. Her response is "well you were by your table so I assumed you weren't getting nothing" So instead of asking me, she just assumed. Then another gentlemen came into order and they are all still in the back talking, so the gentlemen left. This is terrible customer service!
