Sortino's Italian Kitchen - Wisconsin Dells — Restaurant in Lake Delton

Absolutely Wonderful! A Must-Visit in the Dells! My family and I had the most wonderful dinner at Sortino's Italian Kitchen last night! After a long day, it was the perfect place to relax and enjoy a fantastic meal. I can't recommend this place enough to anyone visiting the Wisconsin Dells area. I ordered the Spaghetti & Meatball, and it was absolutely perfect. The pasta was cooked just right, and the house-made marinara sauce was rich and flavorful. It came with one giant, delicious meatball made from a blend of beef, veal, and pork that was so tender and perfectly seasoned. It was exactly the classic, comforting Italian meal I was hoping for. What made our visit truly special was the outstanding service. Our server, Kelly, was phenomenal! She was so friendly, attentive, and had great recommendations. She made sure our drinks were always full and that we had everything we needed, all with a warm and genuine smile. Her great service really elevated our entire dining experience. Overall, Sortino's was an awesome experience from start to finish. Great food, a welcoming atmosphere, and top-notch service. We will definitely be coming back on our next trip to the Dells! We have experienced Sortino's and we were very happy with our server Tevo (sp) he was friendly and accomodating. It was not busy at the time being mid afternoon. Very clean and warm atmophere. The food was very good, spaghetti and huge meatball. Marinara was very good. My husband had stuffrd shells the vodka sauce was super, We shared an appetizer of garlic bread with mozzarella cheese. It was good but as another had said the bread was not real italian bread. 5 slices with marinara sauce. For $12 it should have been fresh baked Italian Baguette. The reason for 4 stars. We ate here last night and the experience was the worst we had on our whole trip. I started off ordering food and drinks for my kids and a bowl of soup. After 40 minutes I asked where my drinks and food was and they found it waiting at the bar packaged to go. So we were handed our Togo containers to eat there. Then, after another 30 minutes, our food came out my burger was burnt, so I sent that back, and they sent out a burger that was cold and rare! I mean it was not cooked like opening up beef from the grocery store. So I choose to skip ordering anything to eat for myself. I did not expect to have this kind of service being a nice looking restaurant inside the resort. I don't have high standers beyond a normal service.
