Miguel's Jr. — Restaurant in Lake Elsinore

All around horrible place. First time trying out this chain restaurant. I ordered inside the restaurant. I would say the food here is bland and has the quality of what you'd find from buffet food.

The service was horrible. I was asked if I would want salsa, they noted it on the receipt. When I receive my order there was no salsa included. That's just careless service, they had one other customer in the drive thru no one else.

I never finished my burrito, it was built so sloppy and the ingredients are so runny the shape of the burrito kept on shifting. The tortilla quality is low causing it to tear at multiple spots.

The dining options are limited at the moment, they only have two benches outside you can dine at, otherwise your best bet is the drive-thru.

It's also very telling when a business owner tries to manipulate the content for their business on google maps by prioritizing their stock image.

I do not wish to receive a reply from the business, I have seen your stock reply. Aside from it not being sincere, I'm not interested in a solution where I have to go out of my way to provide you with links to reviews, etc. The burden to get this to the appropriate people should fall...

Let me start with saying how much my family loves Miguel's Jr., however, on more than one occasion our quality of food from this location has fallen short. This evening my husband picked up food for our family. The taco salad we order had bad lettuce. Appears that the refrigeration is getting to cold and freezing the lettuce. It was see thru and wilted, and tastes awful. I drove the 15 miles back to the restaurant to get a new salad. I explained the problem with the lettuce. They apologized and asked to make a new one. I said yes, but not if all the lettuce is having the same problem. When my new salad was ready, it unfortunately had the same problem. I requested a different meal, and to speak with a manager to resolve the lettuce problem. They made a new meal, but I was told the manager was on break. The staff that assisted me was kind and got the new orders put it, but they did not understand that lettuce should not be see thru, and did not check in with the back of the house to help resolve this issue. I had a breakfast Burrito Monday morning 1st the whole thing was ripped down the side I only got a could bites in before I realized the reason it was ripped because it was stuffed with mostly potatoes for 9.00 I want to make sure there is equal parts of meats eggs and potatoes. 2nd I call later before closing because I have kids in school and school myself also yall have been busy so I figure id wait until the days almost over to call and The manager thinks he puts me on hold as he talks to another manager saying Why would I wait until later to call and didn't have receipt so hes now doubting I bought its he didn't know what he shoud do. I was completely Offended by the way he spoke about me to another manager .....Learn how to put people on hold if your gonna be talking about a customer to another person. Then he has the nerve to tell me not to cuss I work in fast food (I use to work next door) get over it people are going to be upset especially when you talk about them when you guys are the one that messed up on the food.
