WOW! My new favorite Mexican place. I honestly don’t even eat Mexican much but this place is really good.
They have this special called quesabirria and you can get 3 for $10.99 or 5 for $16.99.
I ordered the 5 because I was starving. They give you a sample of the meat (beef) if you ask them.
It was SO GOOD! I never tried quesabirria before in my LIFE so this was a great experience.
I didn’t know you can dip tacos in a broth. It’s like a French dip but for tacos 🤣.
I’ve also tried their blackened fish burrito - SO GOOD. Definitely try that!!
I’ve also tried their breakfast burrito ($9.50) which is a great price compared to everything else nowadays. It’s rare to find anything under 10 bucks for food anymore.
Also get the green sauce with the breakfast burrito- I can’t remember the name. It pairs up SO WELL with it. They told me it’s a secret family recipe.
Overall, highly recommend you try this place out - I’ve been here like 4 times now lmao. Definitely coming back and trying the rest out of the menu out. They also have taco Tuesday...
Read moreI gave it more than 1 star cause the food is actually pretty good but the staff and consistency of what is ordered and what you get is very inconsistent. I specifically asked what was the difference between a quesadilla and kids quesadilla was that kids get chips and adult order gets sour cream and guacamole and is more expensive but when I ordered the adult option, I did not get any guacamole or sour cream nor chips so I paid more and got less. Additionally, in a previous visit I went there on a Friday night around 8 pm and ate in the restaurant and watched them clean up the the salsa bar at 8:15 (45 minutes before they actually closed so I did not get any salsa with my order. I actually saw another customer call them out about it and they used the excuse they were just restocking but they never came out with more salsa before they closed so people had to ask the staff for salsa to get any. Very poorly run restaurant which is disappointing cause the food court needs a good and quick Mexican...
Read moreThe food is fantastic, though the rice has a tendency to be on the mushy side. But, that has been steadily improving. I always get the Birria tacos, and they haven't let me down yet. the Al Pastor and Asada tacos can be hit or miss though. flavor is there, but can be a little dry or tough to chew. My parents often rave about the Carnitas tacos and have been neglecting Cucas in favor of here so that must say something about the carnitas. the atmosphere is loud. there hasn't been a time I've been so far that the music isn't blaring. overall, it's pretty good and doing fantastic for a fledgling business! I just hope it survives, what with the future construction in the area that could threaten the survival of the...
