Jersey Mike's Subs — Restaurant in Lake Havasu City

Giving 3 🌟 only because they strived to make it right, my order was made wrong twice, dont get me wrong they were in the middle of a rush, but chicken is chicken, and both time's i received steak, once okay twice there seemed to be a communaction or comprehension problem not sure which, however the manager made it right even gave me a giant sub instead of a regular for coming back.

Friendly inviting staff as you walk in the door puddle of water on the floor, there was alot of people working, this is a big issue someone could slip and fall, boom lawsuit, and a violation. Lots of smiling faces the girls looked like they loved their jobs! However during a rush dont make small talk with other employees or make jokes, it slows you down.

They had flat screem TVs and that was awesome, the floor looked unfinished, seating areas were clean, drink station was clean and neat, however the take out bags were sticking together and slowing the bagger down as they were only sitting on the edge of the counter maybe find a way to make this easier and faster for future customers 😉

First time tryin Mike's & I gotta say OH HELL YEAH!! I'm blown away, from the employees to the cleanliness of the restaurant to the mouth watering food. All a 10/10 I can't believe how great a sandwich can taste when it's so fresh. I'll never go anywhere else again I'm a customer for life. None of the meat or cheese sits it's cut straight from the source & holy shit it's freaking mind blowing it's that good. These guys got making sandwiches dialed in. BE PREPARED TO PAY DISNEYLAND PRICES! My hubby and I had never been to a Jersey Mike's before. I had a roast beef, Swiss and portobello wrap, he had an Original Italian . My wrap barely had anything in it (even though it tasted good) and the meat and cheese were so thin on my hubby's sandwich that you could see through it. Again, barely any meat, MAYBE 1/2" thick with the meat and cheese. The rest of the height was bread and some veggies. With those, one drink, and 2 brownies was $36.00!!
