Dutch Bros Coffee — Restaurant in Lake Havasu City

I'd always heard of Dutch Bros but never actually had anything from there until we got the Havasu location, and they don't disappoint. Drinks are about as pricey as others, but you get more drink and less ice, and everything is good. They have some amazing flavor combinations, staff is friendly, and they move quickly. I also feel like their rewards program is great. I don't go here super often because eating/getting coffee or energy on the go is more of a once in a while splurge as opposed to an everyday or even weekly thing, and even still my points add up for me to get something pretty quick because they have bonus point offers from time to time that really give your account a boost. I recently visited a Dutch Bros drive-thru, expecting the usual speedy service they are known for. Unfortunately, this time, it took over 20 minutes to receive just two drinks. While the drive-thru is usually faster than getting off and going inside, this experience was quite disappointing.

They used to be so good at what they did the drinks were made correctly and tasted awesome but for the last 4 months they have been wrong and they just taste off I feel like management should get involved and maybe to a retest to make sure the employees know what goes in what drinks.
