My husband and I had dinner at Mario’s Monday night 2/10/2025. It seemed to be busy but we got a table right away. It took at least 15 minutes for the waiter to get our drink order then it took some time to get our drinks. We both ordered and requested the Olive oil and balsamic vinegar for the bread sticks along with some Parmesan cheese. Getting our meal was slow. Never received the cheese and a waitress brought the bread sticks and salad and tried to run off before I mentioned to her about the two vinegars. All night it was ‘drive by’ service. They would dump things off and take off instead of asking us if we needed anything else. Highly annoying!!! I had to ask the waiter, as he flew by, for more water. He said he had to get the water pitcher. Never did… As he came flying by again, my husband held up my glass and the waiter grabbed it and pulled it out of my husbands hand! I was really shocked! Even the woman who seemed to be the manager dumped things off and took off. We waited quite a while for the check and had to flag down our waiter. Again, another long wait. Had to ask for the check again. He finally brought it throwing it on the table as he flew by and I yelled at him to stay right there as I was giving him cash and I didn’t want to wait anymore. He told me that he had tables to serve and I told him, that’s too bad, you’ll wait here until I give you the money! I gave him the money and needed change. Another long wait for the change and he had the nerve to ask if we wanted our change! I told him YES and didn’t leave him a tip! Worst service I have EVER had in a restaurant and we have eaten at Mario’s a few times before and never experienced this type of horrible service. Absolutely horrendous! We will...
Read moreI'm in town for two weeks and was craving pasta. So I came here for dinner around 7 on a Friday night. It looks fairly busy, but I was able to find a seat at the bar since it was just myself. I was greeted by the bartender quickly, although it took a few minutes to be asked and get a menu. The bartender knew a part of their small wine selection and had to refer to the drink menu. I ordered a glass of their Moscato and was given a decent pour. I was also given complimentary salad and breadsticks. The salad came with a vinaigrette. The fresh breadsticks had some seasoning and decent flavor. I ordered Fried Calamari which were okay. The cook was good, leaving them tender and not chewy. The breading was crispy as well. However, it lacked seasoning. For my main course, I ordered Fettuccine Alfredo. I got a good size serving. I also got grated parmesan cheese on the side upon requesting. The sauce was a little runny before I added most of the parmesan cheese. I also added salt and black pepper, which it really needed since it lacked flavor. The pasta was cooked well though. The place had dim lighting and looked maintained. The staff seemed friendly enough. A few of the diners at the bar were regulars and seemed friendly and fun to have a drink with. I may consider coming back if I'm ever craving pasta again and...

Went to Mario’s and I was absolutely blown away!! I ordered the fettuccine Alfredo with chicken. The chicken was juicy and tender. The sauce was amazing! I usually don’t finish all of my food especially if it’s pasta but I ate everything and even tried my brothers and aunts dish.
They bring out salad and bread before the meal and the dressing is already mixed in. It was so good and they even sell the dressing so you can take it home.
It was so good that I went back the next day and got the blood mary chicken which was INSANELY good!! I cannot believe how amazing it was!! It was a red sauce that had a little spice to it, with chopped asparagus. It’s been 3 days and I’m still dreaming about the Bloody Mary chicken. Please try the Bloody Mary chicken, you will not be disappointed.
