Ice Valley Smoothies — Restaurant in Lake Jackson

Multiple times they have been out of tapioca when I go.

Nobody ever answers the phone to call ahead and see if they have tapioca available.So you have to go in to know.

The hours posted online are not accurate and they have many times been closed when they were supposed to be open.

I have gone at 11am before and they should have been open, but were not open until noon that day. Today I went at five p m and they were closed, but info says they're supposed to be open...

We drove almost an hour to come get drinks before our movie started. They close at 7pm and we showed at 6:20pm. The young lady behind the counter quickly told all 6 of us that they were closed. When I asked what time they closed, she stated “7pm but I stop getting paid at 7” So you are going to turn my entire family away so you can bounce early? I was visiting Lake Jackson today & found this place inside the mall. I wasn't sure which drink I wanted and the guy working there (Jared) was so nice & explained the differences to me. I went with his recommendation & loved the avocado smoothie (they use real avocado, not powder like some other places). A woman came in while he was making my drink & Jared greeted her and said he'd be right with her. The customer service was great....
