My recent visit to Olive Garden was a complete disappointment, leaving me and my friends with a negative impression that we simply cannot overlook. From the poor service to the horrifying discovery of multiple hairs in our food, this experience was an absolute nightmare.

Let's start with the service, which was nothing short of abysmal. Our waitress appeared rushed and uninterested in providing a quality dining experience. A few of my friends ordered the never ending soup and salad and our waitress never came back to see if we wanted another bowl. Requests for simple things like refills or condiments were met with a dismissive attitude, further exacerbating our frustration.

Now, onto the most disturbing part of the evening: finding hairs in our food. As we were enjoying our meal, one of my friends discovered a long hair in his Chicken Gnocchi. He didn’t want to cause a scene so he merely pulled the hair out and dismissed the disgusting find and continued eating. A couple minutes later another one my friends noticed a dark hair entwined within her Chicken Alfredo. Naturally, this discovery was repulsive and made us lose our appetite entirely. Being that this was the second hair we found in one sitting was absolutely revolting. We promptly called our waitress over and showed her the hair, explaining our disgust and disappointment.

To add insult to injury, we requested to speak with the manager to address the issue. Unfortunately, the manager's response was just as disappointing as the initial incident. Rather than taking our complaints seriously, she seemed more concerned with defending their establishment. The lack of empathy and refusal to acknowledge the gravity of the situation was both infuriating and disheartening.

This experience has left me questioning the overall cleanliness and hygiene standards maintained at Olive Garden. Multiple hairs in the food is not only unappetizing but also raises concerns about the kitchen's cleanliness and the general lack of attention to detail.

In conclusion, my visit to Olive Garden was a complete disaster. The combination of terrible service, the disturbing discovery of hair in our food, and the dismissive attitude of the manager has solidified my decision to avoid this establishment in the future. With so many other dining options available, I strongly advise against choosing Olive Garden if you are seeking a pleasant and hygienic...

Hey Olive garden it's William the hard worker that did a great job in the kitchen for your corporation.yalls management that entitles other intentions other then company professionalism with the Olive garden company has just fired me for reasons other then just not completing a task on time or the correct way .now I am at risk with not having a source of income to survive with rent and expenses that is not the way you run a business or corporate operation or any other company that you might have linked into your corporation if you're upset with progress about myself for other reasons you still need to provide a safe alternative that does not put me at risk in other places there are other ways to handle situations that do not put people in America at risk I am very up set and I am only giving one star and with never eat or have any business with your company or corporation at all if the head office that is in control of all the Olive gardens in other areas knew that you were handling their business in such a way they would be very upset GOOD LUCK TWO YOU ....so yeah it's like two weeks after y'all fired me A y'all apparently have been jacking with my money because I've got a two checks since then WHAT ARE HOLD MY MONEY FOR SOME OTHER REASON JUST PAYING ME WHEN YOU SEE FIT TO ARE WHAT!!! My daughter and I stopped by for lunch this week. This Olive Garden is new to the area, so you could expect there will probably be a full parking lot and some wait times for the next few months to come. We had a 10 minute wait time that was more like 5 minutes, that was a good start. Next our waitress, I'm almost certain it was Ariana was very friendly. She recommended some lemonade type drinks to us, so we tried them. My daughter got kiwi and I got the blueberry one, they were delicious. We got cheese sticks, also very delicious. My daughter, being very picky was recommended the chicken and dumplings like soup by our sever, she ended up really liking it. I was surprised! She got the chicken alfredo and I got the chicken parmigiana. They were both delicious. The place was very clean, I remember my daughter saying how fancy it was a couple different times. The lunch price was a little high, but you have to expect this from Olive Garden. Had it been somewhere else and this pricey, I would have taken a star away. None the less we loved our experience and will be returning soon with the rest of the family.
