0/5 Both employees who were working 8/26/23 made my experience pretty bad. My family and I (6+ people) had been planning a trip to this location for a few weeks, since we live in Beaverton/Aloha area. We got there right at 11, and ordered several drinks. When we tried ordering food, both employees discouraged us.. said the food would take over 30 minutes to make. After waiting a bit, we decided to try and order food. Again, they discourage us from ordering, then said they had no Restroom accessible for customers, so we had to go next door to petco. The atmosphere of this place seemed cool on Instagram, but the reality is it is awful. The staff was not friendly. The drinks were OVERLY SWEET, ended up throwing 3 drinks in the trash. I was excited to get a new boba place close to me, so my partner and I went when they were first opening to check it out. The workers acted like they were upset that there were actual customers and were not very friendly. I was surprised as the place had not been open long for them to act that burned out already...

The drinks were terrible. Overly sweet, even when ordered at low sweetness. Boba was not great. Ended up throwing both of our drinks in the trash and it was a waste of money.

Also, it's disgusting that they have a Harry Potter theme, which I hadn't realized before we went. Did they not get the memo that JK Rowling is a hateful bigot? I'm a regular at this boba shop and finally decided that I should post a review. This place is great, I've ordered a variety of different menu items and they're delicious every time. The employees are all very friendly, and very accomodating to adding/changing things about your drink. They also have non-dairy milk, great for vegan or lactose intolerant people. The atmosphere inside is very cute and well-decorated. The shop has also gone through multiple themes for their decorations and menu items such as harry potter and sanrio, which is fun.
