Buffalo Wild Wings — Restaurant in Birmingham

We have been coming to the Buffalo Wild Wings on Hwy 280 after becoming fed up with the Hoover 150 location. The food has been better, our orders have been correct, the staff has been great, and everything was good until Friday June 9th. While sitting in the bar area we noticed a minimum of 5 customers at the bar vaping. They were not being discreet about it and blowing the smoke up towards the ceiling. All you needed was to throw down some peanut shells, dim the lights, add a band, and you would have yourself a dive bar! When we asked the manager about it, he said there was nothing he could do, and they were regulars. What kind of answer is this? It is already bad enough I can’t sit outside on the patio because of the cigarette smoke. Now I have to deal with vaping inside the restaurant too! On Tuesday June 27th we decided to try it one more time. Again, there were people at the bar vaping, but this time I could smell it. I have nothing against people who smoke or vape, but I do want to enjoy my meal without having to smell either one. I shouldn’t have to get my food to go just to avoid the inconsiderate people who are vaping inside the restaurant. For those who have respiratory issues you need to be aware of this and take the necessary precautions to protect your health since Buffalo Wild Wings...

⭐️ I am a regular at this BWW. 2-3 times a week normally. This particular Sunday afternoon was unlike any other experience I’ve had here. That said I have yet to leave a positive review for this location which again confirms my thought that people (myself included) rarely leave good reviews. Moving along, the bar was full so I requested a high top table. Nothing abnormal about that. The host proceeds to hand me a menu and point to say take that one there. I then walk myself to the table and sit there for well over 5 min. Made eye contact w/ a minimum of 4 servers who had gathered around a large table w/ other servers who where not working. So I sit and wait a bit longer as each of those servers walk by me w/o saying a word. After another 5 min I got up and left. No one got my drink order or anything. To say I was upset would be an understatement. I’ve never experienced that at any BWW especially this one. Normally the service is phenomenal. Because of that I am still leaving a 4 star review. Although this experience was anything but that. I am not sure who the manager was tonight but he seemed unbothered when I expressed my dissatisfaction when leaving. I will most certainly go back because this is not the norm but I was upset enough to go full Karen mode on...

I ordered 15 traditional wings and a side of fries. I requested 10 lemon pepper and 5 garlic Parmesan and made it very clear. I waited 20+ minutes already so me and my family were eager to leave. Upon arriving home I discover we were given 8 traditional lemon pepper wings and 7 boneless wings. This is a huge mistake and not what I asked for. I called and spoke to the manager and his only solution was for me to bring the food back for them to correct it and was very rude instead of understanding. Didn’t offer refund or any other solutions. I usually have good experiences at this location as I eat here often. This was disappointing and frustrating and I received no solutions or understanding for waiting 20+ minutes for an incorrect order. To add salt to the wound, the food was cold. I sat there and waited and finally asked the rep to check on my order and she immediately gave it to me and apologized which means my food was sitting out for an extended time and if I wouldn’t have asked for it to be checked on I still would have been in waiting.
