Five Guys — Restaurant in Lake Ridge

We went yesterday afternoon to this location. We talked to the young lady on the cashier and we asked her if the hot dogs offered was kosher. She didn’t understand and wasn’t willing to understand. She kept saying it doesn’t have a pork, hot dog doesn’t have a pork is different than Kosher product. The Kosher product handled and produced in specific way. We asked the lady to check with a manager or a senior employee in the location but she was very stubborn and wasn’t willing to help us, she kept saying she was the manager. I just want to request Five Guys company ( as a loyal customer) when hiring new managers should trained them about the product they offer, also should train the employees to understand what products the location offers and be able to clearly communicate with customers if they have a concern or questions. I used to eat Five Guys Burgers monthly. Now, I eat at a Five Guys about twice a year. They’re usually good, but it seems like over the years, the quality of the food has gone down and the prices have gone up. This location is a good example of that. The burgers didn’t look great, but they tasted pretty good. We ordered the Cajun style fries. There was way too much seasoning on them! Like, an insane amount of seasoning. Three burgers, drinks and a large order of fries was $60. The restaurant was pretty clean, but the service wasn’t particularly friendly or fast. This location wasn’t bad, but I would say it’s below average for other Five Guys Burgers locations...

Cashier was nice but the girls are loud and messed up a burger, we had ordered a bacon cheeseburger burger but Received a double with mushrooms, you could watch the girls just gossip and the poor cashier guy just was cleaning and taking orders and It was like empty they would step out of there gossip circle to yell a number for like the three guest in there when they could have easily walked up and set on the table I will not eat here and I don’t want a reply on covid with putting the food on the table you have lazy employees over all and I feel bad for the hard...
