Long one…. I have always enjoyed this location I use to come as a kid, as a mom I recently realized I have never brought my kids. I decided to plan my daughters birthday here, this would be my first time ever having a party at a place like this so I had no idea what to expect. I wanna start by saying I’m very pleased with the set up, the way the group of employees including Chuck E. Made my daughter feel, we also loved the dancing , and the songs. I’m only giving 3 stars because our “host” wasn’t hosting. I ventured off to find her like 4 times. My benches were greasy so we sprayed and wiped them down. She didn’t communicate a plan, I had no idea what to expect, is there a schedule? Do I serve this pizza? (The host behind us was being very attentive to her party) who so do I talk to? As I don’t see a “host” I served the food, with no assistance (the host behind us serving her party) I cleaned up the trashed alone, (the host behind me helping the family clean up she was amazing!) she popped up when she noticed me carrying trash, she’d ask me if I needed something once she would see me done with everything. I missed out on the party! I thought planning a party here would give me time to enjoy my baby enjoying herself but I didn’t get to. I was busy running everything, she just handled the part where she brought the stuff to the table. As a business owner myself I know how important it is to leave a great impression, I also know that we’re human and mess up. I thought after the first time she saw me doing her job she’d step up but she didn’t. I did speak with management, and they were wonderful. They did their best to turn it around, and at that point the party was almost over so it was just gift time then clean up, they said she’d come help clean up but YOU GUESSED IT she didn’t. At this point I just wanted to get out, although management said we were free to stay as long as we want I tried to get us going asap. Unfortunately we encountered her one more time at the register and we felt dismissed by her I asked a question and she looked away from me with a attitude and answered in the opposite direction. I’m a big tipper and the pain I felt in my heart once I got in the car because I didn’t feel it in my heart to tip her was overwhelming. I felt guilty! I’m sharing my experience because if your looking for a place to help relieve you from the stress so you can focus on your child, I don’t know if you’d get that here. Idk maybe you can say at scheduling that Linsey isn’t a good fit for you. I know their gonna retrain her, so im sure she’ll do better next time. As for me, I will never risk this experience again.

This place was awesome! Anna went out of her way to make sure my daughters had a great time! She was so helpful in picking out the perfect package for games and food! She was so knowledgeable about everything, I was very thankful for her! She is the reason I will be back with my family. We were on the fence about visiting chuckie cheese cause one of my friends said "those places smell like feet" however I'm glad I took my girls in! It was clean, the pizza was soo delicious, I enjoyed the salad bar and different veggie options, everything was great. Staff was so friendly and accommodating. My baby whose 9 months loved Chuckie he was awesome, she was not afraid he gave all the kids a high fives, took plenty photos and had great dance moves and rhythm. We really enjoyed ourselves and will be back and hopefully we can see Anna again! She made sure we had a great time and even reminded me to get my baby her ice cream dippin dots because we were having so much fun I almost forgot to show my receipt for the ice cream! Anna was excellent and makes the customer feel welcomed! This entire staff should be given a raise or higher salary, this kind of staff creates a family oriented, fun, safe, inviting environment that makes the customer want to spend more and more money because our kids are happy here and enjoy not just the games and atmosphere but laughs and loved Inside. Great job Anna thank you for making me and my families night!

I recently visited Chuck E. Cheese, and unfortunately, the experience left much to be desired. Right off the bat, several of the machines were broken, which was disappointing, especially for a place centered around games and entertainment. This really limited the number of activities available, and the few machines that were working seemed overcrowded. The food was also mediocre at best. The pizza was expensive and bland, and the other offerings lacked flavor and gave MICROWAVE OVEN. I wasn’t expecting gourmet, but even for casual dining, it didn’t hit the mark. What bothered me most, though, was the lack of structure. It felt chaotic with no clear organization in place, from handling the lines at the machines to managing birthday parties and overall cleanliness. I get that it’s a busy environment, but a little more order would go a long way in making it a more enjoyable experience. Overall, Chuck E. Cheese didn’t live up to the fun, family-friendly atmosphere it advertises. With broken machines, subpar food, and disorganization, I’m giving it 2 stars. Definitely not somewhere I’ll be rushing back to anytime soon.

If I could give this experience a 0 I would! I'm leaving a review absolutely everywhere possible plus calling corporate but this location had 12 families walk out on Saturday at 2pm. They wanted to continually say that they were busy but there were 22 ... yes 22 empty tables! It was not busy, there was plenty of parking yet 40 of us stood in line for 60 minutes waiting watching several employees stand and talk. The kid employee at the front of it all was scared to death to even talk to his manager Anna. So I asked if I could ... and wow ... we will never be back along with at least 10 other families feeling the same. She was cold, rude, unhelpful, not friendly and stressed, didn't say a nice word or apology for their process at all because of being short handed. I repeat that there were 22 empty clean tables and they wouldn't allow but 1 family at a time in because their kitchen was so backed up. And did I mention that there were 22 empty tables! Everyone kept asking what the problem was and all we got from her was "that's what you get for coming in on a Saturday!" She was awful ... so we wait and wait and wait ... we watch 8, 9, 10 families leave and yet still noone let in. It was insane and this manager was horrible to everyone. So snotty and mean. Finally let's 1 family in 55 minutes later and tells that family NOT ANYONE ELSE IN LINE that food can't be ordered for an hour because they're too backed up in the kitchen! ARE YOU KIDDING ME?! I then walk up to the register to be treated horribly by the cashier 'trying to have her bosses back' being snotty telling me that I can still get play cards but wouldn't be able to eat ... I attempt to buy play cards with plenty of money in the bank and she says "oops your card was declined, guess you won't be staying with us today" I HAVE NEVER BEEN TREATED SO POORLY BY AN ESTABLISHMENT. I will tell all possible and will make sure both their names are given to corporate. I'm a professional with a local catering company in the area who had lil cousins visiting who left so disappointed and myself and anyone that I know will not be back there including the 10 other families that left. Horrible horrible experience with a horrible manager and process in place. Heading...
