This is the 3rd time in 2 and a half months my order at the 1730 W Fullerton Ave, Chicago, IL location has been incorrect. I'm almost starting to believe that they do this to customers deliberately. On two separate occasions, I asked for a premium protein from the menu, which costs $1.25 extra, only to find out that I was charged for it but not given the actual item when I got all the way home. I often order what I want in line, then step down to pay for it right away, so I sometimes don't look to see whether the order is being fulfilled correctly. On another occasion, I ordered two different proteins and I found out that they had given me 2 portions of the same. The staff at this location are terrible and are not attentive to customers. Whenever a correction is made, they issue a quick half-hearted apology, and refund me in QUARTERS! I paid for it with credit, what am I going to do with 5 quarters?? Try and find a vending machine to buy a pack of skittles?! Panda should be reimbursing paying customers for their time and gas in having to come back and correct their mistakes too smh. PLEASE have someone from corporate reach out to the manager or assistant manager at this location. It's completely unacceptable to get this many wrong orders in such a short...
Read moreWhy does the manager in black shirt with glasses always have an attitude??? Last time I visited I saw him verbally berate and belittle the cashier in front of the customers.
This time he threw a hissy fit because I decided I didn’t want teriyaki chicken after realizing they only have the sauce packets and not fresh sauce. Start telling people you are out of sauce when someone orders teriyaki chicken and you won’t have this problem.
The panda on Addison 10x better. I will drive out of my way to go to that one so I don’t have to deal with this clown.
I saw your sign and noticed managers make 69k while waiting in line, lose the attitude pal. This clearly is consistent behavior. One time is a bad day, two times is consistent behavior. Panda corporate needs to...
Read moreI generally don’t have any issues at this location. It’s fast food so treat it as such. The staff is nice but lack proper training which is no fault of their own, rather management. They don’t give samples anymore so I asked a simple question whether one of their entrees was sweet or savory and the answer I got was that it’s spicy. That’s great but now what I wanted to know. I repeated the question 4 times before giving up and asking someone else ha. Food quality and portioning can be a little inconsistent as well. Training fell through the cracks all around it seems. It’s not a full service restaurant so don’t come in with those expectations and you won’t be...
