Our wedding celebration continues and we decided to come here after a Cubs game today. The place is attractively set up in an enclosed style. The atmosphere inside is very hype music lights and modern lights and decorations. The inside resembles the ambience of a nightclub in The Quality of the food we ordered was up to par. I value a lot the freshness of the plate and whether or not it’s warm or cold. I prefer freshly made food that is still kind of hot so that it can last on my plate for a while. We ordered burgers, chicken sandwiches appetizers of different kinds and all of them were delicious. The service was very friendly and prompt. They do not take cash for payment so get your card ready. Definitely we will plan in visiting another location of this chain of restaurants and recommended it to friends as well as to everybody who is reading this and you are in the Windy city of Chicago. While we were in the restaurant, there was a strong storm and the place although it is an enclosed cabana held wonderful and allowed us to even enjoy the strong rain.

Reason for the one star is because this restaurant has HIDDEN FEES. We ordered a “make your own pizza” and they charged extra for every topping added. We talked to the manger why it didn’t state additional costs in the menu. They used what felt like a cop-out and stated that every pizza restaurant charges extra for any toppings, so they didn’t feel a need to mention that in the menu. What really had me surprise is that we had ordered a bucket, and usually that is the flat rate of that the menu said $30. NOT TRUE, they charged an extra $2 per type of beer you order. We did ask the manager why did we get charged extra when other bars just charge for the bucket. Apparently (NOT LISTED IN THE MENU) there are certain beers that get charged extra even tho it’s on the list on beers to add on the bucket. We ordered Modelo, Corona, & Stella Artois. In this economy I would like to go out to eat and not stress out about hidden charges. They should put what’s extra and how much or inform the servers to tell the customer what to expect.

We were visiting from out of town and were looking for a good neighborhood bite to eat before catching the train back to the airport. I called ahead and the host said they could seat us right away. We arrived and everyone was so friendly! The atmosphere and decor were so much fun! Our server provided great recommendations (the whipped feta was AMAZING!) and was able to get us fat and happy with time to spare to catch the train. I checked out their merch while dining in and decided I would order some shirts later. Fast-forward a few months and I finally place an order for several Happy Camper t-shirts. The order was fulfilled quickly, but was missing a few items. I reached out to the Happy Camper team via email and Sarah, with the social media team, was able to provide a speedy resolution. Overall, my experience with Happy Camper has been nothing short of amazing! I always recommend the Wrigleyville location to my friends and am looking forward to trying their Denver location next month! 5 stars all around!

I'm so grateful 🙏 to the lovely staff that let me and my beautiful service pup hide away here during a huge rain 🌧 storm. Fortunately it was happy hour too so instead of a pizza 🍕 I indulged in a Charcuterie board that was loaded with 🧀 cheeses, meats, olives, peppers, grapes 🍇 bread 🍞 crackers and pretzels. I wasn't expecting that much food and for the price it was an incredibly tasty value. I even have leftovers in the fridge! I will definitely be coming back to try a pizza 🍕 next time. As the storm got much worse my server made sure he closed the two larger windows closest to our booths. This is a great indoor/outdoor experience and luckily the roof and side windows close easily during increment weather. Highly recommend this cute pizza parlor if you love people watching in Wrigley area. Troika and I loved it here! We both give it 5 paws 🐾 up....

Last time I had been to Wrigleyville, it was filled with sports bars and Irish pubs. Times have changed since then and, like my hometown Detroit, they are modernizing and getting creative with their restaurant scene. I personally like the combination of both old and new restaurants and bars and this is what it's like now. We ended up here just before leaving to go back home so we basically had brunch. The service, the food, the drinks, the atmosphere were all top notch. Obviously a server is going to want to be tipped well but to make us feel that this was the place that we belonged and we were in some way special takes a certain kind of talent. None of us had the one thing they're known for unfortunately, but I can at the brunch menu (and the spiked cold brew) was delicious.

Great experience at the Happy Camper. Definitely make a reservation in advance! Food, drinks, service, atmosphere all were 10/10. We had the jalapeño bombs and guac + chips as appetizers. Jalapeños were so good, I could have ate them all myself. I had the crispy chicken salad - it was the most perfect salad! Was like a southwest chicken salad with a Chipotle ranch, chicken, corn, avocado, spicy tortilla strips. Best thing though, no dry lettuce bites! They mixed the shredded lettuce completely with dressing and put in the bowl before covering it with all the delicious toppings! All Salads should be made this way!! My friend had the Mediterranean salad and loved it too. We drank bloody Mary's and they were great! I will definitely be back next time I'm in town!
