I love their queso diablo cheese. It was so delicious. I originally wanted to order delivery from online, but even though it’s an option, you can’t do that. You have to order delivery thru UberEats or grubhub. I ordered chicken nachos and a bowl. The nacho was delicious. I would get that again. The bowl-no. There was somehow more chicken in my nachos than my bowl. My bowl had tons of rice and fajita veggies but all of the other ingredients I added were a bit sparse so after eating half the bowl, it was like just eating rice, veggies, and the cheese sauce. I didn’t like that. So one star gone. There was also a star taken away for the experience of ordering thru grubhub. So, I place my order and they give me an eta of 7:30-7:41. Then that eta is changed to 7:51-8:15. I reach out to grubhub because from the looks of it my food is “still be prepared”. It’s getting close to 7:40 now and it’s been about 40 minutes since I placed my order. I know that the food is already prepared, you’re just putting it together, similar to Chipotle, so why is it taking so long. Grubhub says that the order isn’t ready and they are still finding a driver. Well duh. I don’t expect a driver to be lined up if the food isn’t even done. I told grubhub it’s been too long. I’ll give it 10 minutes for me to see that a driver has been assigned and the food is being picked up. If that doesn’t happen in 10 minutes I’m reaching out to cancel, cause that is too long to wait for an order at a restaurant where they are NOT making food fresh as you order. It’s literally all prepared already. I did have to call the restaurant because I needed to ask about the delivery from ordering from the website and the girl who answered told me “we’re very busy.” I get that. But being very busy is not an excuse to forget about your delivery orders or make them wait forever. Here’s an idea, if you’re that busy that you aren’t making the delivery orders to get them to people within the time frame that they were estimated, or some time close to that, then turn off grubhub and UberEats so you aren’t accepting deliveries. Duh. That left me with a poor taste in my mouth regarding their commitment to customer service. The food, though, was delicious. If I do eat from here again, it would have to be because I was in the area, and I stopped in. I would NEVER order...
Read moreFirst I would like to say this is my first time being at qdoba. Second I want to say the customer service and atmosphere perfect 12/10👌. But the thing that I rate most on is the food, and lemme say it was very underwhelming 🫤. Imma start off with the steak seasoned disproportionately throughout the whole burrito, some parts overseasoned, some spots underseasoned. Second I took 2 bites and the whole burrito collapsed and I had to ask for a fork to turn it into a bowel (which ain’t really a big deal it’s a mild inconvenience at most🤷🏽♂️). Anyways when I was eating it, I didn’t taste anything that was in my burrito. I couldn’t taste no flavors at all ,The sour cream, the cheese, seasoning, NOT EVEN SALT OR PEPPER,NOTHING🤦🏽♂️. Also the rice isn’t even seasoned or cooked throughly, it just tastes like they just let it soak in water all day and hand you the rice in the pot😑. Lastly having to pay 12.90 for a burrito this size and disorganized should be illegal. Inflation is going to be out of control in the future. Based of how bland this tase and overall feel of the burrito I say it should be 8 or 9 even that’s a little steep. I thought I should be a Chicago Keith Lee ✌️ No shade to the staff 13/10 staff best staff I’ve ever seen but the food quality a solid 3.5/10😐 Have a...
Read moreI’m a Uber driver, and so I always have to eat fast food because I’m always on the road. But I purposely accept trips that bring me closer to this Qdoba, and I eat here every day. Like actually every day that’s not an exaggeration. The restaurant is always clean, the staff is overly friendly, the portion sizes are great, the guac is free, which I thought is amazing, the music is the perfect volume, there’s outlets to plug your phone in, there’s a bathroom to wash your hands before you eat. There are self serving utensils and napkins for efficiency. If the staff aren’t currently working on order, they’re dicing vegetables, they’re mixing vegetables, the cutting the meat, they’re making tortillas. Something‘s always happening to make sure that the next customer is getting the best quality food. I love this place. I want to personally shout out a lot of people. Jenny, Izic, Emily, Marc, Dayana, Heidi, Julian. I’m sure there are more. I’ve been able to build a good relationship with the staff because they are so nice and friendly. 10/10...
