This place is NOT for tea drinkers. I ordered a citrus defender tea drink. I had to explain what it was to the man on the register. One: Then the lady that made my tea made it completely wrong. She put citrus jade and peach tranquility tea bags when defense tea are only used. I asked her to remake it. Two: Next she gave me defense tea only. I burned my tip of my tongue to confirm she forgot the lemonade. I told her she forgot the lemonade and asked her remake it again. Three: she gave the defense with lemonade. Four: too bad my tongue wasn't up up to being burned a second time or I would've realize she forgot the honey. I had wait until after my son's baseball game to return to Starbucks to rectify this. She gave me 2 packets of honey. I put them in the already cool tea. Since the honey wasn't in tea when hot it didn't get mix well. Thus the tea was once again not made right. 🤔 What was the saying Starbuck's uses: If your drink isn't done right the first time let us know and we'll remake it. If it's not done right the second time you must not be in Starbucks. Well I was, and it wasn't done right 3x! I wish I could say that this was first and only time that happened. It wasn't. The previous time I ordered the exact same tea. I didn't even get check it out because my husband was rushing me. Unfortunately they gave me mint majesty instead. That tea was also completely wrong. Those are starbucks own recipes with no substitution. What the 🤬 are those people doing over there. HIGHLY...
Read moreSome very woke people at the Starbucks on Lincoln and Wilson. The others are great. As a delivery driver yesterday, an short employee with a mask that's a transgender women, which I didn't know, but I consider a male because of their body features and voice, was irritated, and told me to respect their pronouns. "She" was easily triggered for no reason other than me honestly saying what I see. And that employee ALWAYS want you to show the name of an order but at the same time, this Starbucks reveals the name of delivery orders, and you see those names as you walk into the store, so their rules doesn't make sense in this manner.
I didn't offend that person at all. I was attempting to have a civil conversation but that person made it difficult. And their co-workers defended "her" actions though "she" was wrong. I don't approve of that, which is why I will NO LONGER go there. I was regular both as customer and delivery driver but after that incident, that made me realize I don't need to go to a woke place with non-sensical rules, that forces them upon you though they don't make sense. There was no humanity in reasoning...just strictly abiding by the rules that, again, are...

You know what? The drinks are inconsistent but its a starbucks and thats fine. I would not bother to review that. This review is because this Starbucks is a rude neighbor who routinely schedules shipment deliveries and industrial work on a residential street against local policy between 10 pm and 6 am. Even if it wasn't against city policy, its just plain rude. I share an alley with another coffee house, even closer who has never needed to disrupt others overnight to conduct their business(they also have delicious pie, whereas this starbucks has the crappiest defrosted mini stale continental breakfast croisants....) . They also scheduled their remodeling work during prime hours of neighboring businesses without consulting them. Just bad neighbors. With overpriced extremely low...
