I came from out of town, needed to get some work done at a café with WiFi, was originally heading to the Starbucks across the street but noticed they moved to another location. I walked into natures way and asked if I could use their WiFi without making a purchase, the lady said I’m fine I don’t need to buy anything.
30 mins later she walks right back and says I need to buy something in order to use the WiFi and the place was EMPTY not one person was there. Endless to say I get it, most businesses don’t want people hogging up their wifi without spending money but hell if I was a business owner and it wasn’t packed and knew that the poor guy came from 5 hours away and needed to get some work done and NO ONE ELSE was taking up the tables I’d gladly and politely let him/her sit there. Goes to show customer service isn’t just for people who pay, treat EVERYONE the same other kindness and you and your business will go a long way.
Ended up going to Starbucks and not only did I have a better environment but met some new people and got seconds on my drink for free. That’s customer service. They made me a Starbucks fan for life in a little...
Read moreI have been going here for years but the owner was more than nasty to my kid who is 17 and buys there too, thankfully someone else witnessed what took place over a chicken salad sandwich vs a chicken salad, my kid goes there every day with me and I do not know why things escalated only that I wish I would have been there to defend my daughter, the owner must have had a bad day but you can’t get aggressive with a child it’s like being a bully I can’t give my money to this place it’s very disappointing, to the owner I am disappointed and hope you change your customer service, angry this happened because this shouldn’t had happened. I called you and you could have apologized, you didn’t, no one was trying to get a free lunch we went to you because you have healthy options and we spend money on good food, unbelievable that you have...
Read moreNormally the service here is deplorable with extremely rude people working at the counter, but today the food was the issue with severely burnt rice in My Buddha bowl. I want to like this place because there are not many healthy options in the area, but unless there are major changes I just cannot give them any more of my money. Ironically, the young lady working today is the only nice person that works there and she felt horrible hearing about my experiences and tried to do her best to make things right. But there is nothing she can do about the culture of the establishment as that is the responsibility of the hiring manager or owner. Do not go here, especially if you are a man eating alone because you will be...
